Kick off your shoes and stay awhile at beautiful Lookout Escape. The Georgia side of the Fairyland neighborhood on the top of the Mountain awaits! 3 minutes from Covenant College, 4 minutes from Rock City, 6 minutes from Ruby Falls and just minutes from hiking trails in every direction. This home offers top-end amenities: a beautiful sitting porch, a wrap-around back deck with a calming porch swing and large propane grill, a relaxing, private outdoor jacuzzi for the cool evenings, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattresses and cozy bedding - all to help you unwind and enjoy yourself after a long day of exploring this beautiful Mountain. There is plenty of parking on-site. The Chattanooga City Center is 8.2 miles from Lookout Escape, with wonderful restaurants to enjoy and plenty of sites to see. The St. Elmo neighborhood is a 12 minute drive to the bottom of the mountain, where you'll find the Incline Railway, ice cream, pizza and other great restaurants, as well. Matt was wonderful and very detailed. He even included a book of different activities to try in the city. I love that he always responded to messages within 15 minutes and was very transparent about everything. 10/10 would recommend.

We enjoyed our little vacation at this beautiful home. The pictures really do not do this place justice. Newly updated and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the hot tub at night after spending all day out walking and seeing the sights. The curtains installed around the hot tub area were a great addition for extra privacy. Very convenient for all the sight seeing place in and around Chattanooga.

The house was very clean and was exactly as we imagined. I didn’t receive communication from the host until I reached out to ask for info. The AC unit in the primary bedroom upstairs leaked excessively. I messaged the host and they didn’t offer to come look at it or fix it which I was disappointed by.

Perfect Location for Exploring the Area

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from Ruby Falls and Rock City Gardens, with Chattanooga only a quick drive away. We also ventured out to Cloudland Canyon and found a few beautiful swimming holes in North Chattanooga, all super accessible from the house.The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, even with multiple devices connected. One of our favorite parts was the front porch, the perfect spot for morning coffee and relaxing in the fresh air.Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the Chattanooga area while enjoying a peaceful home base!

The house was very clean and everything looked brand new. We had most everything we needed in the house. It was a nice, quiet area close to everything! Matt was attentive and answered my questions quickly. We definitely would stay again, anytime.

Great stay on Thanksgiving weekend

We made a last minute trip to Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga for the weekend after Thanksgiving. This house was as advertised, and one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. It was well appointed and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the hot tub on the cold mornings (and adults enjoyed it too). Rock City is a short drive away and was a festive adventure for the holidays. All around was a great stay and trip, you won’t be disappointed.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect. Close to all the fun things on the mountain like Ruby Falls and Rock City, but it was also just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga. The host was great at responding to questions (just a few pre-arrival questions). The house was full of little details that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and close to everything!

This place was perfect for our family. It was so clean that we thought it was a new build and laid out perfect for families. We were able to have the younger kids play downstairs and the adults be upstairs. The owners supplied so much that we wanted for nothing and although we didn’t need anything during our trip, the communication with the owner before was great! We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again ourselves!!!
