This was the second year that we rented this house. It is convenient to all of our needs. Inside everything was clean and in its place. No one likes to rent a place that is in disaray. This rental is the perfect place for a group of 4 guys to come and fish the Bighorn River. There are 2 very well stocked fly shops within walking distance for your needs. Rumor has it that Polly's place has been sold and is being renavated so Ft Smith may once again may have an eating restraunt. My group will be once again be renting this place next year if all goes as planned.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at. Very clean and all the comforts of being home. Great facilities. We would stay there again and are making plans for next year.

Awesome place in a great location

Property was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Has everything you would need and more. BBQ and outdoor furniture was a nice bonus after a long day of fishing. Will definitely try to stay here again next time I’m coming to the Bighorn!

If you are going to the lake or to float the BigHorn this is a perfect spot. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s a great place for a great price.

A really nice place to stay for a group of fisherman.

The house is great for a medium sized group. The kitchen is well-stocked and is a good size for cooking meals. I really like the deck and being able to enjoy the evenings outside. The owners are very responsive and keep the place well-kept.

Nice Accommodations in Fort Smith

Very cozy place to stay right in the heart of Bighorn countryside. Perfect for a couples stay. The convenience of having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer was a big plus for us. Easy communications with the host was great too. Highly recommended.

We are both originally from eastern Montana but have lived in Billings Montana for 28 years. We love our place in fort smith and we enjoy being with family out on the lake. The reason we love to host is because we want as many people to enjoy our favorite place ever .

The canyon has become our favorite place to be in the summer. We chose this place because of it closeness to the lake and the river and because it’s so peaceful and quite!

Our property is clean, quaint and so peaceful . It’s also fully stocked . It has nice deck to enjoy the outside with mature trees.
