Two story, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, full kitchen, covered deck, free parking, in a quiet neighborhood with mountain top views. This is an excellent place to relax and recover from a day of fishing on the Bighorn River, boating in the Bighorn Canyon/Yellowtail Reservoir, or bird hunting. We can help you with booking a guide for fishing trips or a scenic tour. Dogs welcome. No extra fees.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. We had 5-6 people staying very comfortably here. This house is one of the best stocked VRBO homes I have stayed at, with everything you need.

Amazing stay!!

I’ve stayed just about everywhere in Fort Smith and this place is by far the best! Brand new house, spotless, comfortable, the kitchen lacks nothing. No need to stay anywhere else.

Great Place!!

This is a fantastic house, fully stocked with everything anyone could need! Also only a mile from the Boat Launch on the Bighorn! We will definitely be back!

Everything is what you would expect from a good host, with a whole bunch of extras. Like cases of Keurig and a bag of ice in the freezer. Pool table was a fun added bonus.

Yellowtail Fun

We spent the weekend in Fort Smith as a home base for our boating trip at Yellowtail Dam. Katie was really easy to work with. The check in/check out process was super convenient and easy. The accommodations were amazing and their attention to details was perfect for our stay. We loved the fact that we all had our own bedroom spaces for privacy, but the family room/kitchen area was inviting for nightly dinners. This place was spectacular! We look forward to staying here in the future.

This home was so cozy and clean! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all kinds of extra condiments and seasonings! The bedrooms had extra bedding, pillows, and lots of towels for the bathroom! We had three retired couples - each had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was lots of room for entertaining and we cooked all our meals there and lacked nothing to prepare them with! Top notch! We played bags and cards! It was a most enjoyable experience!

They thought of everything

This is our 2nd time staying here and it was great. The owners have thought of everything. Sunscreen and other toiletries. Coffee creamer and filters. Lots of clean towels. Kleenex. It’s so comfortable!

No brainer

3 of us had an excellent stay on our fishing trip in Tyler and Katie's new 3 bedroom house. Everything in perfect condition and perfect location in Fort Smith. The house is smartly furnished and has all the amenities. We've been fishing the Bighorn twice a year since 1987. This will be our new lodging from now on. No brainer.

Great Layout

Best VRBO we’ve stayed in! We loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed plus more. It was so clean! Really nice extra touches like kcups & creamer, baskets of toiletries that are sometimes forgotten, & super soft blankets for snuggling on the couch.We aren’t fly fishermen but we noticed all the rod racks, boots dryers, and bins for waders. The porch was awesome& the pool table was a hit! We will definitely stay again! The owners were thoughtful and accomodating.

Excellent Ft Smith Rental for Fishermen

Katie's Ft Smith rental home is new, with nice comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality pans and cookware. Nice grill on the upper deck. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well stocked with towels and essentials. The lower level entry area is perfect for fisherman, with sturdy hooks for waders and bins for boots, as well as a good fly rod wall rack. Good TV upstairs and nice pool table in the lower area to relax with. Four of us enjoyed a comfortable stay for a week and look forward to returning again.

We call Fort Smith our home and can be found fishing, hunting, camping, gardening, backpacking, and white-water rafting with our dogs Gus and Cooper (Smokey the cat prefers to stay home). Tyler is an avid outdoorsman and has been guiding professionally for 19 years. Check out our website: bighornproguide.com to book a guide. He began his career in Wyoming guiding elk hunts and then transitioned to guided fly-fishing. He is a fishing guide, outfitter, licensed captain and loves sharing his passion for fly-fishing with everyone who steps in his boat. Katie is an avid outdoorswoman and makes the best boat lunches on the Bighorn (inquire if you would like to order). She holds a degree in Biology and is a licensed captain. She is passionate about conservation and loves getting people outdoors to experience wilderness adventures.

It's brand-new stick-built home completed in January of 2024. We spent a lot of time creating a space that is set up well for vacationers. Why stay in an old, dated, manufactured home when you can here? For groups larger than 6, book our other rental, The Haven, at the same time (accommodates 4).
