Great Place To Stay

Very easy to make reservations, response from owner was quick with all details. Perfect size for two fishermen, with all accommodations needed. Could use a dish strainer for the sink. Will stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great time.

Perfect accommodations for me and my brother

Enough space in the unit for two would-be fishermen. Well-supplied. Beds are firm and comfortable. Owner is great with communication and was more than happy to help out with a couple requests.

Wake Side for the win

Everything we needed. Clean. Efficient. Perfect for long weekend of fishing. Outside grill was great amenity. Place to dry fishing gear also nice- love the ease to fly shop and ramp to river. Helps to have a roof over your head when rain blows through!

Wonderful Hosts

The property was clen and very inviting! The check in process and communication prior was very timely. We needed to extend our stay by one day, and Gayle was kind enough (since no one was booked behind us) to allow this and that went seemlessly. The Lammers were so kind and easy to work with. Will stay again with any upcoming trips there and would highly recommend this to all! Thank you Gayle!!!

Clean, cute, quaint☺️

Property was perfect for our short stay in Fort Smith. Clean, well appointed, easy check-in/check-out. My only complaint is that the one bedroom only has a twin, when it could easily fit a double.

I found goldddd!!

Great location, minutes from the river!! Plenty of parking space for you and the boat! Has all the amenities and then some!! You can’t find a better spot that has a stove oven toaster fridge cable tv hot shower!! Then throw in the price if I could give ten stars this would be one of the times!!! Thank you Gayle and Carla!!

Dam duplex

Some friends and I recently stayed at the dam duplex for a couple nights. I have to say that the lodging exceeded our expectations! Gayle and Carla were great hosts, very attentive, and quick to respond to my many questions. The duplex itself was very clean, nice and cool, and had every amenity that one would need, and several that were an added bonus. The Black Rifle Coffee and french press were icing on the cake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will book this rental every time we come to Fort Smith to float the river or play on the lake.

Fabulous owners!

The owners are very friendly & responsive with any inquiries. The property is cute & quaint with everything you need! The decor is nice & the location is perfect for boaters looking for an easy place to land when getting off the water.

Great place in Fort Smith, MT

We rented this place for my brother and sister-in-law and their 2 boys because our place wasn't big enough. Very clean. Great communication with owners. Easy check in. We would definitely recommend this place.
