Experience the best of winter sports and mountain living in this cozy retreat. Situated just steps away from the Quicksilver Chairlift, this condo is a winter sport lover's dream. You're not only within walking distance of the best slopes in Breckenridge but also conveniently close to top-rated ski rental services, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable ski or snowboard adventure. Plus, a shuttle stop right behind the complex offers easy access to a variety of other lifts and trails, catering to all skill levels. After a day carving through the powder, head to the Columbine Pool and and Hot Tub complex (closed April 15th thru May 24th), which is accessible to all our guests. It's more than just a place to relax; it's an oasis for skiers and snowboarders to rejuvenate. Immerse yourself in one of the four large hot tubs, allowing your muscles to relax and recover. This expansive condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for large groups or families. The king suite, with its private deck and TV, offers a serene retreat, while the guest room features two queen beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The heart of the condo is the living area, centered around a charming gas fireplace, where you can gather for warmth and camaraderie after a day on the slopes. Breckenridge shines not only on the slopes but also in its après-ski scene. Just a short walk from the condo, downtown Breckenridge offers a lively mix of restaurants, boutique shops, spas, and nightlife. Whether you're in the mood for a delicious meal, a casual brewpub, or a night of live music, Breckenridge caters to all tastes. The Lift B107 is more than just a condo; it's a gateway to the ultimate Breckenridge ski experience. Parking: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers). Warning: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us. Colorado Traction Law: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

We had an awesome stay in Breckenridge in this cute condo. It was quiet and perfect for our family of five. We were able to walk everywhere in town which we love. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Sky Team were very communicative and helpful. The property was in decent order but tired in some respects. The main sitting area and kitchen all very comfortable and clean. Kitchen area was well stocked and all new appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms are older and issues with lack of black out blinds and curtains made for very bright bedrooms due to an emergency light mounted near the back windows. Big plus was a third full bathroom. Location good but not ski in or out and was a cumbersome walk to Peak 9.

Ski trip
The place is as advertised and closer to the lift than I expected. The unit is a bit dated (mostly in the bathrooms) but have zero complaints as it was perfect for our needs. Easy access to slopes, main street and parking. Pool and hot tub are great although we were given the wrong code to both the pool and garbage dump so just fyi there.

Cute little condo
Condo was clean. Had fans to help cool, which was nice. In unit washer was not working, so we had to pay to use the communal laundry machine.There were not skillets or sheet pans, which was unfortunate. Made cooking some of the items we purchased difficult.

Had a great stay!
Great location and very nice/upkept! Within short walking distance of pretty much everything, so we never had to use transportation around the town. Had a relatively large group, but the space was still more than enough for all of us to live comfortably! Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Everyone loves Colorado in the winter but dont forget its amazing in the summer as well. We had an awesome time here! Its such a short walk to the town & the mountain and theres plenty of sleeping space.
