Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains peut accueillir 6 personnes avec 1 lit king-size, 2 lits jumeaux et 1 canapĂ©-lit queen-size. Il dispose d'un bain Ă  remous privĂ© sur la terrasse extĂ©rieure. Il y a aussi une buanderie privĂ©e et un garage. Il est situĂ© Ă  Breckenridge juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la rue Main, donc vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas des boutiques, des restaurants et des festivitĂ©s. De plus, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques. Profitez d'un accĂšs facile Ă  tous les domaines skiables Ă  proximitĂ©, y compris Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone et Vail. Le Corral Ă  Breckenridge propose des Ă©quipements partagĂ©s, y compris un sauna, un hammam et autres.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat à cÎté d'une cheminée à gaz et d'un canapé-lit queen-size. Les draps et couvertures supplémentaires sont dans un placard. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes et deux autres chaises peuvent ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©es. Il y a Ă©galement quatre siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires au bar du petit-dĂ©jeuner. La salle de bain d'hĂŽtes est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon principal. Il offre un meuble-lavabo simple avec des comptoirs en granit et une porte sĂ©pare la combinaison douche / baignoire et les toilettes pour plus d'intimitĂ©. Toutes les salles de bains sont Ă©quipĂ©es de serviettes et d'un premier approvisionnement en articles de toilette. Il y a aussi une buanderie privĂ©e et du dĂ©tergent a Ă©tĂ© fourni pour votre commoditĂ©.

Summer Vacation in the Mountains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is perfectly located a short walk from Main Street in Breckenridge. The size was good for our small family of three, and it worked well for our purpose. My only comments would be to be aware it does not have air conditioning in summer and you are told to use box fans (noisy). Also, there are not many windows to open to get good air circulation. The bathrooms are a bit small as well. But it was a good value for the price and size of the unit.

The unit was conveniently located to Main Street with parking in the garage and in front of the garage. The garage is detached from the unit. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable but that seems typical these days. The exhaust fan in the master bedroom was making a horrible noise and should be checked. Otherwise it was a great place for our vacation.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an incredibly wonderful stay in this unit. It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops, had a dedicated parking garage spot, and a hot tub out the back door on the patio which we really enjoyed after long days and weekend skiing! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and supply you would need. We also enjoyed the fireplace, as this warmed us up on cold nights. The communication was great, as there were a few questions I had that were answered within minutes to hours. The only thing I can think of to improve or consider, is having a queen bed in the second bedroom, so it could either fit 2 children or a couple. My sister and her husband had to sleep on separate twin beds, which wasn't a big deal but would have been preferred if it was bigger.

Overall a good stay. The check-in instructions could have been a little more clear. The entry instructions should have said something like the front door key code is xxx and the garage code is xxx. There were a couple of items left over from the previous guests, a triscuit under one of the chairs along with a headband and winter hat.The hot tub and fireplace were nice. It was also nice to have toiletries and things like paper towels provided. Would have made it even better to have body wash in the showers. The walls were kind of thin so you could hear people stomping down the stairs in their ski boots and could hear them clearly talking outside. Checkout instructions could have included where to leave the keys as well, however the host is quick with communication. Great location. Overall we enjoyed! Thank you.

It really helped loosen up the stiff muscles. Everything was as advertised, and we slept great and the kitchen provided a good place to cook and eat for breakfast and supper. (Went out at lunch).The garage will hold a 4WD Tahoe so its pretty big. Ski hangers in the garage, as well. Easy walk to the lifts.

Would have been nice to have the code to the gate that is close to the condo for easier access walking towards Main Street. Overall a good experience since we come to Breck to be outdoors.

Private hot tub and walking to downtown was a breeze. Never took our car out of the garage. Then neighbor next door had an alarm going off. I texted the VRBO manager and he called the HOA who took care of it. Pleasant stay and we will book again sometime. Very relaxing.

However, the management company sent a separate, eight-page rental agreement to sign after our reservation was accepted via Vrbo. Also, we were charged a cleaning fee nearly equal to the cost of our one-night stay. The cleaning fee was puzzling given that we emptied our own trash and washed our the two wine glasses we used in the dishwasher, and the drinking-water dispenser on the refrigerator had a white crust on it that turned us off from using it. The cleaning fee and separate rental agreement were excessive for one night.

Great spot

Unit was much bigger than expected, did not realize it had 2 separate rooms when booking. Also has a full kitchen and 2 bath rooms. perfect place for a family get away. We will definitely be booking it again.

Great for small family!

We had a great stay at this property! The private hot tub was amazing and the place was just as pictured. Like people said, the carpet can use an upgrade, but still felt clean. The only complaint I have (which isn’t the owners fault) is that this is on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor neighbors were noisy at times. Having a garage to park in was also a nice bonus!

Reviewer Comments: This is a good set up for a family, two bedrooms two bathrooms, laundry, a full kitchen, a nice dining space and a nice living room. Unfortunately the king size bed frame was broken, which made for a pretty uncomfortable five nights at altitude. There are a lot of little things that took away from the experience a bit. The best part of this unit was the location as we were able to catch the bus right outside or we even just walked to the slopes. The management company was good to work with! Would I stay here again, probably not.

Great location with a few bumps

Location was great, but unit had a couple of issues. The day we arrived we reported an issue with the tv not working correctly. We understand it was during the Holiday, but we also paid a high premium for our Holiday stay which was to include enjoying the football games. We ended up bringing the tiny tv from a bedroom into the living room and watching it there. Maintenance did come the next day, but was only able to tell us the tv needed replaced and he would reach out to the owner. That did not help our stay. The other issue was the noise in the smaller bedroom. The headboards are up against a window that is at the landing for the outside stairs. There were people coming in and out of the property as late as 2am and then others as early as 6am to include shoveling, (appreciated, but not the noise). Since the stairs are metal and only a layer of glass was between us and them, you could hear everything. We were not able to get a good night’s sleep the entire stay in that room. None of the blinds worked in the living room either. We had to prop up the shade to watch the snow coming down outside. Our issues were not by any means an emergency, so I understand trying to triage your maintenance people, but again, we paid a high premium for this rental. We are VRBO hosts ourselves so we understand issues come up. But as soon as they do, we take care of whatever we need to immediately. The maintenance did communicate back, but the issues were never resolved during our stay.
