Had a great stay in Kirk’s Breck condo. He was really friendly, easy to work with, and provided lots of tips and Breckenridge ideas. Fantastic communication. The condo is really clean and bright, with a well supplied kitchen. About a 10 min walk down the road to the Quicksilver lift, and the shared hot tub is right next door to the unit. Would stay again!

Kirk was an incredible host, very informative and responsive to our questions. The unit was very clean, comfortable and stocked with essentials and roomy enough for 4 adults. The unit is so convenient with a short walk to town. Peak 9 was closed when we arrived for our spring break ski trip so we had to use the bus to get to lifts. In spite of the melting snow conditions limiting our skiing we had a great time in Breckenridge. Thanks for the accommodations and friendly hospitality!

We had such a great stay! This place was sooo cozy. My highlights: * Great location- easy walk to town, very short walk to bus. * well stocked kitchen - easy to stay in and cook. Very clean. * warm floor ( sooooo nice!) ** Hot Tub close to unit - well maintained. The property Host was super! My family appreciated all the thoughtful touches.

Everything was wonderful! Kirk was fantastic—he made sure a week in advance that we had all the information we needed for a smooth vacation. He also shared great tips and recommendations for activities, shopping, and dining.The property was awesome! We were able to park right by the door, which made bringing in all of our winter gear so easy. The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance. The space and layout were exactly what our family needed.We will definitely be reaching out to Kirk again!

The best stay with accommodations in Breckinridge! There’s allot to cover, but the photos only give you a glimpse of the scenery. Very beautiful space, comfortable , relaxing, spacious, and many features. Kirk was an amazing host, responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. We have teens and this was an incredible experience for them as well. Location was great, close to all the attractions and hot spots. Definitely recommend, and check out the jacuzzi, even in light snow it was wonderfully beautiful. We will absolutely be back, looking forward to seeing this spot again.

The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to our questions. The place was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Our family enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub, workout center, and game room. Our only concern was the bedrooms backed up to Main Street so in the evening we could hear traffic occasionally.
