Clean home and great response time.
The area was a little sketchy for us. However, there was an alarm system as well as cameras on the outside. The house was very well maintained and clean. When I had a question, the owner was very quick to respond. Unfortunately, we had gotten there a few days after some people had done some damage, but we took pics to show the owner so we werent charged anything and they were more than attentive to this. I enjoyed working with the owner and appreciate all the assistance when asking questions. And we aporeciated the cleanliness of the home.
