Throughout the summer, there are a ton of miscellaneous activities to take part in such as the annual Popponesset Road Race, The 4th of July Games, Sox vs Yankees watch parties, Outdoor Movie Nights, weekly Bingo and much more! However, the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Just a mile up the street is the Popponesset Marketplace, a hub of local restaurants, clothing stores, and even a mini-golf course. Within Mashpee, we are surrounded by tons of shopping, golf, fishing and options for food. You will definitely not be bored!

There is plenty for you and your family to do during your stay, but if you wish to have a quiet night in, there’s nothing quainter than sitting out in our 3-season porch and enjoying each other’s company. In recent years, this home has been given a series of updates, such as kitchen appliances, fans, painting, smoke/carbon detectors, and faster Wifi. Xfinity cable and wifi is provided as well as Roku TV's for streaming service use. The cottage has off-street parking which can fit up to 6 cars. Beach chairs, buggies, towels and some miscellaneous beach games are included during your stay.
