Thank you for leaving the house spotless that our housekeeper did not have much to do except taking the trash away. Thatcher is the closest beach that is about 1.4 miles from our house, but we do provide free bicycles for our guests upon request if they would like to bike to the beach. It was a great pleasure to host Anna and her friends at our house. They are dreamed guests for home owners as they were very respectful, polite and organized. We would be happy to host them again.

We are delighted to have Mary and Brian to stay at our house. They left the house spotless and also helped with the laundry and dishes which left our cleaning crew with minimal things to do. We hope that you will stay with us again on your next visit to the Cape. We are in progress of changing the window AC to mini split units in both bedrooms.

Dear Freschi family. Thank you for choosing to stay at our house for your vacation to the Cape and we are glad that your family had a great time on the Cape. We did rearrange of the beds recently and we did not have a chance to update the pictures as we did not expect the rearrangement had a big difference as the bunk beds were just moved from the room that has 2 double beds to the bedroom with a queen bed. When you booked our property you never mentioned that you needed each of your kid to have his or her own bed in the same room, however, when you raised your concerns about the bed with us, we immediately asked you if it was an issue and you never responded to us until the last day. If you had responded we would try to move the futon to the room that has 2 double beds for your kids to use as bed. As of the fish tank, we adopted the fish and inherited the tank from our tenants who have just recently moved out. The tank was clean and the fish were healthy just few days ago. We were planning to take it out of there to our primary house for our children. We were surprised to learn that was dirty that quickly. As for nearby attractions, depend on what travelers are interested in, there are a lot of attractions in a short walking distance from our house but most of them are not open in April.

We apologize for the issue with sugar ants. Sugar ant issues are a common occurrence in houses on the cape as we always prefer organic methods. We are glad that we could quickly address it with ant traps, and we will take additional steps to prevent this issue in the future. As for check-out time, we maintain standard check-in and check-out times to ensure our cleaning crew has ample time to clean the house. While we are flexible and do not rigidly enforce this rule or charge our guests a fee, we will explore adjusting our procedures to better accommodate our guests.
