The house was very clean, updated and comfortable. It suited our needs beautifully. Communication was great and check in was very easy. The location was very convenient and it was wonderful to have ample parking.

Check in was easy and the breezeway straight to the backyard with the outdoor shower was perfect with 2 little boys coming off the beach. The house was laid out nicely. The refrigerator ice maker did not work!

Great place for a family

The house was clean and comfortable, with pleny of room for me, my husband, my daughter and son-in-law, and their four kids. Also close to family and the things we love to do on the Cape.

We had a blast here. Home was beautifully updated. Plenty of space, loved the kitchen! Had everything we needed, plus came with free parking for the beach and beach chairs. We also had a great evening out on the big deck. Outdoor shower was perfect after the beach!

Right in the heart of the upper/mid cape. Convenient to shopping and beaches. Home has been renovated and updated with new appliances. Fenced-in backyard perfect for my dog Zoey.

Adorable clean house on Cape Cod. Suited our needs for a four day weekend. No hiccups with booking, managing the total time we were there. Beaches very near by. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable Property in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Convenient to downtown Hyannis and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We did have an issue during our stay and the property owner was very responsive. Should we come back to this area, we would stay in this property again. I did bring my Firestick, which I always do these days. Many VRBO properties and some hotels have limited television viewing options, so I always travel with a Firestick now.

Overall we did enjoy our stay however upon arrival, we had no heat (it was December) for 2 nights. The owner contacted us and tried to assist us over the phone to no avail. We had to sleep in the living room next to a space heater. The owner did offer a hotel room however we had our senior dog with us, we had just unpacked and it was Xmas eve! Heat came back on the day after Xmas. We were only reimbursed for 1 night even though we were told we would be reimbursed “most” of the trip. A 2 night reimbursement would have been more reasonable. House was very clean and had all the basic needs, adorably decorated, very close to many many beaches and shopping center.

Central to lots of areas

My family of 5 stayed at Jeff's property last week on our first visit to Cape Cod. Centerville wasn't really anything to write home about, but it was central to a lot of different areas that we explored during our stay. It was really close to a few Harborside beaches, and 30-40 minutes from Chatham and other surrounding areas. Beach chairs, outdoor games, and bikes were provided (though we didn't use the bikes since the road the house was on was a little busier than I'd prefer - and we didn't bring our smaller children's bikes). The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us to relax but have our own space. The fridge was stocked with leftover condiments from former guests which was so nice. I hate having to buy a bottle of ketchup for a 5 day visit and then toss it! There was also a cabinet of spices available. The only issues we encountered were remedied by Jeff once I texted him. We appreciate that we had a nice place to stay for our trip and would highly recommend it to future guests!

I’ll say this first love visiting the cape and spending time with family and creating memories! So we decided this year to stay local and choose from a plethora of beautiful homes on Cape Cod! Our style was not just for nice comfy home with beautiful interior but also the outside as well! This house BEWARE its not what it seems! Pictures are not updated! The backyard of this place is atrocious overgrown with weeds and brush! It’s not the green scape you think! Owner didn’t care that it had been overgrown after sending pictures just asked if the grass was cut that’s it! No apology for misrepresentation at all! You can’t put a place online and then lie about it! Then say here’s 200 back as good will gesture when the whole reason we book this was for the ambiance and esthetics of the yard as well! We booked this back in March of 2025 plenty of choices and this is what we got! If he wanted to even ensure to make a good faith gesture the weeds would still be cut but nothing! The goodwill is a slap in the face and could have it least made the trip cut the weeds down! I asked for 30-35% refund which I think is fair based on the Misrepresentation of the property. The house it self you can tell is a flip house the floors that were done over you can feel the bend in the floors. The beds are ok and bathrooms too but nothing to write home about! We ended up leaving a day earlier due to the issue! Renter Beware

However, I was informed that you declined the offer, preferring not to have anyone come to the property during your stay. We respected that request fully.We also provided a goodwill refund as a gesture of understanding, even though the lawn was mowed and maintained to basic standards. I understand you were disappointed by the natural growth in parts of the yard, but the home is accurately represented, and the photos reflect the structure and layout. That said, I take your comments seriously and will review the listing photos to ensure they remain current.We do our best to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, and I'm sorry that in this case, we fell short of your expectations."

Great stay

My family and I had a great stay here. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect if you want to explore the cape in every direction. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
