Great rental property. Excellent location which was close enough to walk to downtown Banner Elk. Bunk beds are not particularly comfortable, though, and the Jacuzzi wasn't clean.

Very welcoming and inviting. Lots of room and places to sleep. Great location, very close to downtown food and shops. Like all homes, there are things that are good to know about how things work, but the host will let you know about things like the reversed hot and cold water in the master bath shower.

Weekend in Banner Elk

Second time staying here. Park the car and spend the weekend on foot walking to all of the restaurants and shops in Banner Elk. Great location.

We were amazed at how large the property is. The snacks and games provided were greatly appreciated! The location is terrific if you want to walk anywhere in the town of Banner Elk.

Wow! Great Location

Perfect for accessing all of the restaurants and shops in Banner Elk. Easy drive to ski resorts. Will definitely rent here again.

Great place!

We loved our stay, the home was clean and had plenty towels and supplies. The owner was very responsive with questions and check in/out instructions. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and close drive to the ski resorts. We will definitely stay again soon.

Great Location - very well appointed!

A VERY short walk to downtown with all the restaurants, etc. Property was very comfortable, and had everything we needed, and then some. We stay at VRBO properties often - we’ll definitely be back here!

Organized and Convenient

Stayed for a long weekend with our teen girls to ski at Beech and Sugar. Stocked with everything you need, easy walk to town and having the garage was nice when we came back during a snow storm.

5 stars! My friends and I loved our stay at this listing. Right on the middle of town, perfect location for our ski trip to Sugar and Beech. Would be happy to return here some day!

Banner Elk Ski Trip

A birthday skiing trip for my son and his friend. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Banner Elk. Situated in the middle to ski at Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn. Condo was nice and clean. Good communication with the owner.

Perfect Location

This is a great location if you are interested in spending time in Banner Elk and is a very short walk to the restaurants. I was worried about this being a condo area but it was very peaceful and everyone we encountered was kind. Look forward to spending more weekends there.
