Romantic Nautical Hideaway!

Escape to this tiny home on a quiet street close to Lake Ontario! Fun and nautical - this little space is at once cozy and vibrant.

Should extra friend(s) want to come along, the pullout couch will sleep one or two.

Pets allowed if approved by host -- please enquire. $20/night pet fee.

Minutes from Seabreeze Amusement Park, you can see the wooden rollercoaster from the front yard!
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Your pet is welcome but must stay off furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet please reach out and let me know the breed and size. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, many restaurants were within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Any questions were immediately answered by the host. One thing that was not mentioned was how comfy the bed was!!

The spot was so cute and met all of our needs, the backyard was perfect for our dogs! Cheryl was such an accommodating and responsive host we definitely recommend you book this property for your next stay in Rochester!

This cottage has many great amenities: large bedroom, private outdoor patio space, clothes washer and dryer. This is all in addition to a nice living area, kitchen, and full bathroom. The cottage is in a wonderful location within walking distance to Sea Breeze Amusement Park, Irondequoit Bay marina/beach, and several great restaurants and bars. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and taking advantage of all of the local entertainment! Cheryl was a lovely host who responded promptly to my messages and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

A Good Stay

The owner of the property cares about your well-being and has really tried to think of everything that you might need for the stay. Clean white towels were provided, the bed linens were clean, all the dishes and glasses you could ever want, and there was even plentiful toilet paper and cleaning supplies if I desired to use them. The only issue I had was an excessive number of spiders that I encountered during my stay.

Relaxing Stay!

The home was a sweet place to spend a couple days resting and recharging. The cabinets were stocked with teas and coffee, and the rooms were nicely decorated! The location of this home is perfect if you like to be by water, trails, and some local attractions. I would recommend this place as a nice getaway!

Perfect little place

40th reunion of HS ... me and gf i havent seen in 30yrs. Such a cute comfy spot for us to catch up and get ready. Close to alot of placesto eat and seabreeze very close by. Only thing i forgot that being by lake it was a little chilly and we had a few spiders that i hate..lol..but we survived!! Home had EVERYTHING we needed and Cheryl was very good at checking in to see how our stay was going and if anything else we needed. We woukd def recommend and again in the future. Loved the nautical theme, bed was comfmfy..thanks again Cheryl!!good at ge

Great location

My husband and I stayed 2 nights with our 10yr old son and it was the perfect spot for such a quick trip! We didn’t have to waste time driving or looking around for things to do. Seabreeze, great restaurants, and beautiful beach all within walking distance! The house was adorable and the nautical theme was a great vibe for the location. The property owner, Cheryl, was so easy to communicate with and really went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We definitely look forward to going back!

Great Property

This house is located on a quiet street, across from the Jack Rabbit roller coaster at Seabreeze Amusement Park (quiet after close @ 9pm. It is a 10 minute drive over to the Durand Eastman Park and various beaches, Bill Gray's burgers and other various bars/restaurants right on the Genessee River. Close to stores, parks etc. I will definitely book here again. Great place, very clean and cute. Nice walkway to small beach by lock/bridge past Marge's Lakeside Inn (across from Bill Gray's and Don's burgers/ice cream)

Great Beach Bungalow

Very clean, quiet, and well-equipped home perfect for our visit to Rochester. Convenient to expressways, grocery stores,and Sea Breeze Amusement Park. Will definitely stay again when in the future when visiting the Rochester area.

What a great little house!

I loved staying at this property - it was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The host was always available, and everything was wonderful. I hope I can stay here again next time I am in Rochester.

Lovely weekend

We came to Rochester to visit family and stayed in the Nautical Hideaway. We felt at home there immediately! Rental is equipped with everything you need and then some.

Great stay

If you are traveling with pets this is the place to stay! Nice, fully fenced, small yard. The place was casual and comfortable for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze. Had all the comforts of home. Would def stay again.

Family Visit

Great Location , very comfortable nicely decorated home . We were very pleased with how spotless and clean the entire house was. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was a pleasure. The house is extremely well stocked. The neighborhood is safe and so convenient to all parts of Rochester. We would stay here again when visiting family and friends.

Perfect Location!

We stayed here for an out of town wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house had everything we needed (down to toiletries and laundry detergent). It was beautiful and clean 
 perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was within walking distance to many local restaurants, stores, mini golf and views of the water. We would 100% stay here again if in the area.
