This is a wonderful home away from home! The location is super convenient to all places that we visited. The house is furnished with extra amenities, including coffee pods, bottled water, treats, and bathroom supplies. We love staying here and have stayed here many times before, it’s our ‘go-to’ when visiting Rochester! Kevin is a great host!

We enjoyed our stay in this charming home. The location is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood, with easy access to Rochester's points of interest. Immaculate, comfortable cottage with everything one could ask for a great stay--including the prize of private, off-street parking! Conveniently located to walk to trending North Winton Village or make a short drive to the many attractions in Rochester. if you're like me and looking for a home away from home where you can relax, eat and just chill, this is a fantastic property. it is well provisioned with dishes and silverware, cookware and cooking utensils, and linens. would highly recommend this property and will always consider it if available when in the Rochester area

Kevin is a great host that provides timely and complete communications. He also ALWAYS provides extra amenities, which we really enjoy. This time, Kevin had some pumpkin spice muffins, which my husband ‘really’ liked!! There’s always Kcups, food items, hygiene items and just and overall level of comfort.

Great house and host

Perfect place for me and my husband. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to town. The property was cozy, clean and well kept. Vintage charm. Comfortable beds, clean fluffy towels. Excellent contact and quick response from the host when I had questions. I doubt if our travels will take us to Rochester again, but if so, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely House

This was our 2nd time staying at Kevin’s beautiful house! He keeps it very clean. It’s nice and quiet within a neighborhood on a dead end street. He stocks a lot of ‘extras’ that are very generous. The furniture is comfortable and well kept. The house is very convenient to many attractions. We will definitely bring staying here again!

Wonderful residence, Wonderful location

Wonderful residence. Big enough for 4 people and very comfortable. The location was PERFECT. It was right next to a park, the neighborhood was pristine and quiet. The host was amazing. Easily contacted and friendly. A few times during our he reached out to see if anything was needed and was readily available for answering any questions we had. Will definately stay here again when we return to Rochester.

All the Comforts of Home

Our stay was most enjoyable. Impressed by cleanliness and home atmosphere. Kitchen was well supplied with all essentials. Felt very safe and at home in this location. Property is located in clean, quiet neighborhood- actually it is located at the end of the street, so no traffic and an open baseball field is next door to it. Also it is located in a convenient location and easy to get anywhere in Rochester. It is well recommended--thanks for a pleasant stay.

Highly recommend-cozy home

Loved having a home base while visiting family. House is very cozy and main bedroom bed is very comfy. Challenge to recline furniture in the living room because of proximity to wall and coffee table but not a big deal. Really enjoyed billiards in the basement and use of laundry was helpful! Nice neighborhood for morning walks, careful walking at night because just a few streets away it starts getting a bit sketchy. Nice park right next door with basketball court, tennis, pickle ball, baseball field, grill. Even watched a ball game going on at the park from our backyard. Host was great! Highly recommend this home and Netsins ice cream a short walk from the house!

Great location & yard, quiet neighborhood

Kevins place had everything we needed to enjoy time with friends and family. The house was super clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. We used the BBQ grill to make fresh caught lake trout and salmon after a day on the lake! Plenty of kitchen supplies and spices. We really enjoyed the back yard with nice patio table and sun umbrella. Very private yard overlooking a public park. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and great communication from Kevin. A shops for supplies are only a few minutes away. Highly recommended.
