Perfect Stay!

Fourteen at Mullet Bay is a beautiful property, in a safe, quiet location, and the staff is excellent. We also loved that only residents on our floor could get access to that floor. No other guests could disturb us. I can’t get over the amazing views we had from this unit. I absolutely feel in love. It was also spacious and extremely comfortable. We just left and already planning to return next year. 10/10 highly recommend.

Safe and extremely comfortable

First time staying here. We definitely can recommend! Very modern and well appointed. We did notice some noise coming from upstairs condo at very early hours of the morning. I hope their divorce goes smoothly. Other than that. It seems everybody else was happy at the property

Amazing location

This unit is an absolute must-visit! It's an amazing location, heated pool, and unbeatable views, surpassing any hotel experience. The property managers are incredible – always ready to help with anything Their advice is a game-changer! Sam, our driver, not only shared fascinating insights into the island's history and incredible produce but also displayed genuine kindness. This holiday was nothing short of epic! Highly recommended!

Excellent Experience Overall - Off on some Minor Details

A 4-Star rating overall, but 5-Stars on what I was asked to rate; Cleanliness, Check-in, Listing Accuracy, Communication w/Property Mgr, and Location, all were great. The balcony & the views are off-the-chart stellar. Pool is wonderful. Workout room very adequate. All staff were very courteous and helpful, especially one guy at the desk who helped us with some restaurant reservations and an issue with the clothes washing machine. Only thing off, there seems an odd mismatch between what's furnished by the owner and what's provided from the property management, for example there were no pillow cases for the bed pillows, when we asked, management happily and quickly supplied two cases (there were 5 pillows) but the cases we got were way oversized, about 30 cm longer than the pillows. We had to ask for additional trash bags and toilet paper roll, only one of each was supplied, though they did readily supply them once we asked. The drip coffee maker's pot was undersized and too short to engage the drip release on the filter bin (there was another small-pod coffee machine however which worked fine). Minor details. And as mentioned in other reviews, we had no TV service. The place has a wonderful large TV, with streaming apps, the wifi was good, but there were no channels, no service. And Netflix and Apple+ had slightly different programming than we have at home. These are the only reasons I took 1 star off overall, otherwise, great property & fantastic experience.
