Avec une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes, situé sur l'un des St. Les meilleures plages de Maarten, Cupecoy Beach, ce spacieux condo de deux chambres situé au Cliff offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour parfait avec vos amis ou votre famille.

L’intĂ©rieur du condo est lumineux, de couleur blanche et bien fini avec une combinaison de mobilier moderne. L'espace de vie principal, faisant face Ă  l'ocĂ©an, prĂ©sente un concept Ă  aire ouverte avec un grand et confortable canapĂ© blanc. Cet espace est ouvert sur la salle Ă  manger adjacente avec une table design pour six et la spacieuse cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Les portes coulissantes, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la salle Ă  manger et du salon, mĂšnent Ă  un grand balcon avec un coin salon, idĂ©al pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner ou le coucher du soleil.

Jusqu'à quatre invités (+ les enfants dorment dans un lit d'enfant) peuvent dormir confortablement dans ce condo. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain privée et un accÚs à une terrasse par des portes coulissantes.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size confortable, une salle de bain avec douche / baignoire, un coffre-fort et un accĂšs au balcon. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains privative avec douche et d'un accĂšs au balcon.

MĂȘme si la propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de son propre accĂšs Ă  la plage, il ya aussi l’une des plus belles plages de "Mullet Bay" Ă  seulement une minute de marche.

Dans la cour de la rĂ©sidence Cliff, vous trouverez des palmiers et de la verdure tropicale ainsi qu’un sentier, idĂ©al pour se rafraĂźchir les jours les plus chauds. Il est entourĂ© d'une terrasse avec des chaises longues donnant sur l'ocĂ©an et la piscine extĂ©rieure. Vous trouverez Ă©galement une piscine couverte chauffĂ©e, un spa, un court de tennis privĂ© ainsi qu'une salle de remise en forme climatisĂ©e face Ă  l'ocĂ©an. Vous aurez ainsi de nombreuses occasions de poursuivre votre programme d'exercices.

Il se trouve Ă  quelques secondes de la mer, d'un casino, de plusieurs restaurants, d'une minute Ă  pied de la plus belle plage de l'Ăźle et d'un parcours de golf, ainsi qu'Ă  1 minute de route de l'Ă©picerie et de Maho, oĂč vous pourrez trouver bars, restaurants et vie nocturne, hĂŽpital et bien plus encore.

Amazing property with great amenities and an even better location. This was our third time at the Cliff and it never disappoints. This condo was perfect. Super comfortable beds and being on the 2nd floor was kind of nice to take the stairs if needed. Would 100% stay again

Perfect place!

It isn’t very often that the pictures of a place accurately match what it’s like, but everything you see from The Cliff is spot on! The entire facility is gorgeous, from the lobby, to the manicured grounds, the beautiful pool area and beach, and the spacious and comfortable condo. The nearby neighborhood, Jordan Village, offers many great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it’s close enough to walk there. We have zero regrets for renting here!

Best Place on the Island

The condo and admenities were amazing! This was our first time in St. Maarten and we were unsure of where to stay on the island. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this condo! It was in an amazing location with our favorite beach (Mullet Bay) just a minute walk. The beach in front of the condo was also one of our favorites. So many places to eat within walking distance/short car ride. We will be back!

Condo pretty nice.

Condo neat and clean but the furniture is not comfortable at all. In the picture for the lanai, they have nice loungers but not there when we arrived just plastic and uncomfortable! They could use some new beach towels too, threadbare. John the property manager was great to work with!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cliff. Love the location, views and unit. Communication with John was really easy and he answered any questions we had. I have stayed at several place on SXM and this may be my favorite.

The Cliff at Cupecoy

We enjoyed our stay. The Cliff is a very nice facility with a new infinity pool and excellent beach-front location, with several grocery stores and restaurants within easy driving (or walking) distance.
