Luxurious Open Concept Space With Amazing Patio

Let us host you in our luxurious and convenient light filled open concept basement apartment. This recently remodeled private space has amazing and huge patio, bathroom, living room, den, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The space is in a prime location of Lakeridge, Virginia. This space is designed by Hugo and has access to a stocked kitchen. Our space is designed to make it perfect for travel nurses, government contractors, solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples.

The terrific space has LG 4K smart TV which is already mounted. The smart TV has access to subscriptions like Netflix and others. Brand new LG stainless steel appliances. New full size LG washer and dryer. This amazing space has a sliding glass door leading to a beautiful patio and fully fenced-in backyard which also leads to the parking lot.

-Guests have access to the whole private and terrific apartment, amazing patio, community pool and basket ball court.
-There is one assigned parking space, but there are guests parking across the street.
-Commuters will appreciate the close proximity to the Prince William Parkway, Omni Ride lot, bus stop, Route 123, I-95, Express Lanes, the VRE, and other major routes.
-This home is minutes away from Historic Occoquan, local schools, unlimited and diverse shopping and entertainment options at nearby Potomac Mills Mall and Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center.
-To top it all off, Walmart Supermarket, Lake Ridge Park, Occoquan Harbor Marina, Rahama African Restaurant/African Market, and Prince William Marina are all less than 10 minutes away.

-Members of the HOA are next-door neighbors so no parties, events, or loud music.
-Guests cannot smoke or do drugs of any kind.
-The owner’s mom and younger sister lives on the upper level. I will be available remotely or in person to assist when needed. Also, there is a locked and restricted door separating both levels to ensure maximum privacy.
-There will be an additional $3 a day per person in case guest wants to use community pool.

Cute&Convenient but..

1.) The location of the neighborhood inconveniently loacted to stores, gas stations, & main roads for highway access.2.) The rental quarter is located in the back of the home: clean, well-kept w/a comfortable bed and space heaters. No TV in bedroom3.) Caution to those with physical disabilities: You have to enter the quarters by walking down a slight slope into the backyard. If there has been inclement weather, you may slip before reaching the step stones 40-60ft away. Unfortunately, the path is dark bc the path's solar lights were inoperable. If you're on the shorter side, you may have difficulty reaching over the fence to unlatch the hook. Lastly, you will hear the steps of family walk around, which can be bothersome to light sleepers.Aside from those discrepancies--its an enjoyable place to reside for short trips

Great Location, Terrible Hygiene

Overall, the location was wonderful. Very easy to get around, the owners were great at communicating how to get on the property and what they expected, and I loved how quiet and private the neighborhood was. That being said, the actual cleanliness of the property was horrendous. I got there later in the day, very easy check-in and access to the property. Phone service in that area is not great so make sure you have all the information you need before reaching the property. Once inside and settled, I noticed a couple strands of hair hanging from one of the bathroom towels. It went downhill from there. Over the next 24 hours, the amount of hair and blood found in the rental was disturbing. It was all over the walls, ceilings, floors, counters, in the bed, on all of the towels. There was unidentifiable dried stuff on one of the towels and all over the bathroom. I hate to write this, knowing that it's going to negatively affect the VRBO property value but it was terrible. The property and location were wonderful and I would have been so happy to stay there if the place was actually clean.
