We spent a couple of days taking in Virginia’s Civil War battlefields with this property as our home base. It was well-located, quiet, and comfy. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in backyard and fell in love with the dog next door. Great place to stay.

The home is very quaint, cute and welcoming. Comfortable beds, and all amenities listed worked well. We had a great time and the neighborhood was so quiet. We felt like we were alone. The hot tub is exquisite, especially on a freezing cold night

We had a great overnight stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Loved relaxing in the hot tub, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having K-cups for our morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home loved the stay no bugs or anything to worry about only thing that sucked was that there was just one bathroom, but it’s a smaller homes, so that’s understandable! 10 out of 10 for me.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay here was perfect. The house is so charming and the location is great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Check in was easy and communication with the host was very pleasant. I cannot recommend this house enough.

Wonderful Stay

This cottage was perfect for our needs. We were attending an event in Manassas and this was a great location. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs greatly enjoyed the large, fenced yard. The owner was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great location in quiet neighborhood!

This home is exactly as pictured. The large fenced backyard was wonderful for our two dogs. The location was the best part as it was less than 3 miles from our daughter's home. We visit Woodbridge at least 2 times a year and would book this home again! Thanks Virginia!

great stay

we really enjoyed our stay, everything was accurate to the listing but the only comment would be that the toilet wasn’t working properly. we had to flush it a few times after each use to make the water stop running. I let the homeowner know but other than that it was great

It was almost perfect

So everything was great
 host communication before hand (other than having to ask for door code the day of checking and we were traveling a far distance), the place was beautiful and quiet and clean (you do have to make your own bed
 not biggest deal) BUT the issue we had is I am physically handicapped and we were out of the house but outside getting me to the car and situated by 11:10 I got a “nasty” text from owner AND a late fee for still be “on the property”. So I have mixed feelings the house was great but I’m very put off by the treatment

We had a very nice month-long stay in this very cozy cottage. The location is nice and quiet, and our dog loved the fenced yard where she could run around and play. The beds were also nice and comfortable, which is particularly important when you have as long a stay as we did! And our host was very responsive to all of our questions. I can highly recommend this cottage and would happily stay there again should the need arise again in the future.
