This apartment worked well since it was centrally located. The parking spot is tight if all units are being used, but street parking was available. The property is along a main street so lots of road noise at night. We brought a sound machine and didn't have any issues.

Cozy and cute. Full kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage for a week long stay. Thought and care has gone into making this a home away from home. Older building with easy parking. Some wear and tear, but nothing concerning. Do note there are stairs if you have mobility issues.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised.When we arrived, there were no sheets, pillowcases, or blankets for the hide-a-bed or the air mattress. There was only a half roll of toilet paper, and the only trash bag provided was the one already in the trash can. I contacted the host, and he said the cleaning company hadn't gotten back to him. As a result, we had to go out and purchase these basic necessities ourselves.Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. We found mouse droppings under the sinks, inside the drawers, and even in the coffee filter. When I informed the host, he said he would have Orkin come the following week, which did nothing to address the issue during our stay.The next morning, while we were showering, the water suddenly stopped working. I contacted the host again, and he explained that the water sometimes goes out when laundry is being done and that he would ask the other guests not to do laundry. However, we had little to no running water for about 90% of our stay. With five people in our group, this made showering, cooking, and using the bathrooms incredibly difficult.To make matters worse, the host later told us that the hide-a-bed had already been bent by previous guests before our stay. After we pulled it out to use it, it would not fold back in properly, but it was clearly not in good working condition to begin with.The host eventually refunded half of our rental cost, but considering the missing essentia

We had the opportunity to stay here while working an event in the Michigan City area, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.After checkout, I realized I had accidentally left behind a few important items that we needed for our event. Even though it was after checkout, the host responded quickly and was kind enough to help us regain access so I could retrieve everything. That level of hospitality was truly appreciated.I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay overall! The VRBO was very cute, clean, and comfortable, and it was in a great location—very close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. There were plenty of towels and blankets, and all of the appliances worked well aside from a small issue with the fridge. We had a couple of minor problems during our stay, but the host was very kind, receptive, and responded right away. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was secure and somewhat clean (the fold-out needs a deep cleaning). All beds where as described. The neighborhood was loud a night, as it is on a busier street, and it was a holiday weekend.

The property was as described. We did have some issues with other guests parking in our parking spot so we had to park on the street. The oven also did also did not work so we were unable to use it for baking/cooking dinner.
