--No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--Guests must bring their own pack-and-play/portable crib if needed
--🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 feet ($300 cleaning fee applies)
--Train tracks down the street 🚂 → occasional whistles may be heard; sound machines provided in bedrooms
--Max 8 guests strictly enforced


🐾 Pet Policy
Yes, dogs are welcome at Pottawattamie Place! 🐶 ($75 pet fee applies)
--One small to medium, potty-trained dog allowed (no puppies)
--Must be crated if left alone & kept off furniture
--Must be leashed outdoors
--Guests must clean up after pets indoors & outdoors


⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
--Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
--Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.
--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).

--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--A $500 damage deposit hold is required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.
