Casa Callie is a fully furnished three-bedroom rental less than a block from shops, art galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in historic downtown Ocean Springs, within walking, biking, or golf-carting distance to beautiful Front Beach and a short drive over the bridge to Biloxi with world-class casino resorts.

This rare find is located on the first floor of a beautiful, first-class duplex. Casa Callie has all the amenities you will need for weekend getaways and week-long vacations with the family, where you can visit Coastal Mississippi and immerse yourself in the unique culture and vibe of this wonderful community.

Casa Callie features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartzite counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals on days you'd prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

You can relax on your outdoor covered porch or lounge with friends and family in the comfortable living area with a large flat-screen smart TV.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and smart TV, and a private bathroom that features a large walk-in shower and roomy walk-in closet.

There are two additional bedrooms with Queen beds, each with a smart TV, a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and combination tub/shower, and an additional half bathroom.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet for streaming and working at home. This home also features a fully fenced yard and outdoor shower.

A hidden gem in Ocean Springs

Casa Callie was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful neighborhood made it easy to unwind.We loved the location—just a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs, where we enjoyed great food, cute shops, and the beach. Chris was a wonderful host—communicative, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed.If you're looking for a cozy, stylish, and quiet retreat in Ocean Springs, Casa Callie is it! A block away from everything!

There is no need to rent a golf car most neighborhood bars are in walking distance. Great place, clean and cute! There was only one draw back there is an upstairs condo that needs never to have kids there, my little old ladies could not sleep the last two night due the pitter patter of little feet past 10pm.

Beautiful Flat, but not a house

Casa CallieLet me start by saying the flat was modern, clean, and well kept. Having said that, I personally would not book this place again.I rented out Casa Callie for a week for my family vacation, not realizing that we were not getting a whole house. The search criteria that I entered was for houses only, and I didn’t realize that VRBO classified flats as houses. I never would have paid the price asked for what is basically a first floor apartment in a two story house. It was like renting a nicely furnished apartment that you could hear everything going on around you. The house sits on a street that has lots of truck traffic loading and unloading during the day. The house is also only about 300 yards from a set of train tracks which have long rumbling trains running on them every few hours. Not only are you hearing the trains rumble through, but there is the additional noise of it sounding its horn as it passes. The noise from the upstairs occupants was frustrating to say the least. We could hear every normal footfall as they walked around. While we were there for the week, there were two families with small children stomping around and making a lot of noise.While two spots are available for parking in front of the house; getting in and out can be challenging due to the kid dance studio across the street. They have a decent sized parking lot, but it overflows onto the street with cars parked the length of it and directly in front of the parking spaces.

Great location, roomy house

Lots of pros for the house, yard and location. The negatives were, expired seasoning-2017, no wine opener, lack of cookware, no scissors, couldn't lock guest bathroom and a very used dish sponge. Very bright mornings, black out shades would be great. The keyed entry was also inconvenient, an updated keypad would be great. Other than that we enjoyed it!!

Excellent property

My first time staying in a VRBO. Everything was as advertised and pictured. The inside and outside of the property was new and professionally done. The proximity to the town and the beach was great. The only drawback was the nearby train tracks. The trains blow their whistles at night. The positives far outweighed the sounds and earplugs are an easy fix.

Beautiful interior design

Loved staying here with our adult kids over labor day. The space was beautifully designed and clean. We rented a golf cart and could get around easily for food and shopping. Would stay again!

AMAZING SPOT!!

We rented out the entire home Top & bottom for our entire family to stay and it was absolutely perfect!!! The pictures don't do this place justice! its so spacious, nice, and has all the best amenities plus some!! The spot is nice and quiet except when the train runs by, but turn up the sound machines provided in each room and you won't even hear it!! if you have small children the major plus is the master closet is plenty big enough to put a pack in play in and provide complete darkness! IYKYK. Chris was super fast to respond to any questions we had, and you will love how close you are to all the best spots in Ocean Springs! We will definitely be booking this spot again!

Casa Callie is named after our beautiful kitty, Callie. Callie grew up in the parking lot of a local restaurant where the kind owner and workers took care of and loved her dearly. Thinking she was a Calico, they named her Callie but she is actually a Tortoise Shell! Unfortunately, she is the only surviving sibling of a tragic hit and run. So we asked for permission to give her a safe forever home. And our comfortable and cheery Casa Callie can truly be your home away from home!
