Down a hidden lane in the heart of Old Town Key West you will find Loco Court Cottages. The compound is located one block off Duval Street but is private and serene. The compound consists of three stand-alone cottages alongside a tranquil shared pool.

Unit 1 is a One bed, One bath house with an open kitchen and living room and high ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. Walk out of your living room and bedroom onto a private outdoor patio and dining area with a gas grill. A private washer and dryer is also provided.

In the shared space you will find a spacious heated pool, lush tropical landscaping and ample deck space for sunbathing.

This property is located within short walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island, including Little Pearl, Lola's Bistro and Antonia's.

This cottage is part of a three-unit property with a shared pool and space for bicycle parking. Parking may be available. Please contact the owner if you require a parking space.

Perfect spot, close to everything!

This is a fantastic little property with access to almost everything in minutes (walking), but without the noise of being on Duval. Owner was fantastic and super responsive.

True Oasis in the Heart of Key West

I recently stayed at this beautiful place in Key West, and I must say it was one of the best vacation experiences I've had in a while! This property deserves a solid 5-star review, so here it goes: Firstly, the location of the rental was perfect. It was just a few blocks from the famous Duval Street, which made it easy to access all the great restaurants, shops and attractions in the area. Yet, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The interior of the rental was absolutely gorgeous! The owners did an amazing job decorating the space, and it felt like a true oasis in the heart of Key West. The furniture was comfortable and high-quality, and the space was well-lit and welcoming. The outdoor dining area was another highlight of the property. We spent many evenings enjoying meals on our private patio and drinks by the pool, which was sparkling clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring Key West. But what really made our stay special was the attentiveness of the owners. They were always available to answer any questions we had, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in good hands. All in all, I highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay in Key West. The location, interior, outdoor space, and attentive owners make this property a true gem. I will definitely be returning in the future!

This cottage is one of three that are in a compound down a hidden street in Old Town Key West. We like to call it Lane Life, close to everything but quaint and quiet as well. The cottages have modern interior and each have a private back deck with BBQ grill and dining area.
