Loved Location, Acomodations & Grounds/Pool

We're long time visitors and stayed for nine nights, it met all our expectations as did the property managers (Compass Realty). We'll definitely be returning guests!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we try to stay in Truman Annex whenever we’re in Key West for more than a couple days. This rental property was renovated in very fine fashion. The place was beautiful and we could find no faults at all.

We like the Shipyard as it's quiet and a great location.The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. The patio furniture is top notch. And very comfortable.
