A one of a kind, beautiful home with so much to offer! From the sunroom, to the bonfire pit, to the patio, to the outstanding master bedroom, you`re going to love this home and all it comes with!

The entire home is for the guest! No room or area is shared or publicly used.

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There`s a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

The stairs going up to the master bedroom are a bit steep compared to normal steps, just FYI! It`s nothing crazy steep but they are more steep than usual.

Nice house, can see where owner has been updating areas. Nice location, close to broad ripple restaurants and shops. Owner has excellent communication. Responded in good time to any questions.. Did not get to use backyard much but deck and fire pit looked inviting.

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Indy for the State Fair. Location was very convenient and plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. The host was very easy to work with and the check-in / check out process was very smooth. The only thing to be aware of is it took quite a while for the house to cool down, mostly I would assume because it’s an older home. Overall, the home met our needs and would use again. VERY reasonably priced for what you get.

We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and nicely located home in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the Monan Rail Trail. The house, built in 1936, has some squeaks and creaks, adding to its charm. Beautiful deck and fire pit with a big back yard. All four bedrooms were serviceable and the living room and enclosed porch were nice spaces as well. We would recommend and would stay again. Enjoy!

We were close to Broad Ripple which had plenty of shops, a yummy coffee shop and ice cream shop as well. The house had plenty of space with three bedrooms! And a big beautiful back deck with string lighting.

Great place to stay in Indy- plenty of room for a big family or group. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room to park.Basement was perfect for family time with the large sectional and set up to watch movies. And having the half bath down there wax very convenient. We loved the official size air hockey table- many maybe were played. The master bedroom is on the top floor with steep stairs to access it, but it's worth climbing them, especially with the really nice bathroom with the rainfall showerJust down the street is great restaurants and ice cream parlors. Wonderful park/nature preserve a little ways down the road where you can hike through the woods & by the river.Outside area set up was nice with patio set on the deck, a fire pit with comfy chairs and a hammock.The kitchen was nice- it was great that in addition to coffee pot there was an electric kettle for tea drinkers. The cookware options were limited however. Also - make sure to bring basic seasonings like salt.

Wonderful Stay!!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and cute. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. The beds were really comfy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The home was charming and perfect for our stay! The home is perfectly laid out for 2 or more couples. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Indianapolis. Our host Lucas made sure we were welcomed and always asked if we needed anything. I woukd definitely stay here again.

We LOVED staying here this past weekend. We were in town to run the Monumental Marathon and the location was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and that it was outside of the busy downtown. The host has extras like a coffee bar to make this place feel like home. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. I plan to run the race again next year and would definitely stay here again!!
