Great communication. Charming house, clean and comfortable with all noted amenities. Quiet neighborhood with easy access. Yard was well kept, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and the back yard was very nice. Only issue was the dogs next door barking very early in the morning.. woke us up around 5:00 am

I have to say that this is one of the nicest, most accommodating Vrbo properties that I have stayed at. The house was roomy and adorable! A great yard and indoor layout. Worked perfectly for our needs. And the beds were comfortable, a rarity! The owner was kind & communicative.I highly recommend this amazing house!

Perfect stay in south Lubbock

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our trip! The location couldn’t have been better—close to all our family in south Lubbock. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the couch was fantastic for relaxing. The entire place was spotless and exceeded our expectations. It was just what we needed, and we hope to stay here again on our next visit to Lubbock!

Very Nice House in a Great Location

This house was just perfect for Our Weekend in Lubbock. We had a Family get together just a few miles from this location, so it was very convenient for us, and we really had a Wonderful Stay. The Location is on a cul-de-sac, making it somewhat private, and in a nice neighborhood, close to lots of good places to eat, and fueling stations.

Excellent location

Beautiful house with plenty of room. We were able to have our son and his roommate over for steaks on the grill and there was plenty of room for everyone. Definitely would like to rent again our next visit.

This was our second time staying in this rental, great location and very nice property. There is a $125 pet fee that is not included in the required $89 insurance (just so this info is searchable for future renters).

Cute and cozy home with great host.

Michael was a great host and very responsive even though we arrived very late into the morning hours. The house truly felt like a home, it was so cute and very comfortable. I would highly recommend spending extra time just to enjoy the home more.

TTU Grad Weekend

We loved this home for our weekend in Lubbock for our son’s TTU graduation! The house is perfect and very cutely decorated. We had everything we needed. The location is great in a nice neighborhood. Host was kind and responsive. My mother and aunt loved it so much they are considering it for our next girl’s getaway!

Look no further if you are staying in Lubbock! The house is beautiful, exquisite, beautifully decorated, lovely flooring, wonderful amenities and a cozy couch to watch a movie with a family of four! Enjoyable for all! Beautiful landscaped grass in the front and back. The back has a private fenced in yard. The house is private and everything worked as the Owner stated. The Owner was easily accessible and available for any questions we had. We appreciated the home and loved our stay. We stayed with our boy/girl twins that just turned 18. We moved our daughter into her dorm at Texas Tech University and it was so easy to get back and forth and around Lubbock. It has everything we needed and more. We look forward to staying again when we return to visit our daughter! Thank you to the Owners and for making it so easy!
