This INCREDIBLE 4 bed, 3 full bath, 2 car garage will easily sleep 2 families AND parking for up to 8 additional vehicles!! It sleeps 11 people comfortably plus one on the couch if needed. TONS of space for entertaining & your comfort! PRIVACY CURTAINS throughout the house & PRIVACY CURTAINS in the HOT TUB AREA for your convenience. Outdoor grill, fire pit & corn hole are there for all guests to fully enjoy!! Wireless internet is fully provided along with TWO work spaces for your needed office work. This home is only MINUTES from TEXAS TECH, LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY, all hospitals, shopping and restaurants. This QUIET neighborhood is well suited to give our guests all the privacy they need, without any of the loud noisy events and parties that are normally associated with may other places. The house was everything we needed! The house was very clean, had big rooms, and was furnished we all we needed. Every kitchen cabinet and drawer were labeled, making it easy to access everything.A big shoutout to our host for making it a fun weekend for my family.

Very spacious and great for small family gatherings. In a very convenient location. Home has parking for2 vehicles in the garage and 4 in the driveway. Hot tub was very relaxing after a hectic day. Host is great to work with.

Met all of our needs

This property was perfect for our group. We were there for our son’s graduation. The house was fully stocked, nice snacks, plenty of towels and loved having the hot tub. Will definitely recommend to friends.

An absolute perfect place to enjoy TTU Grad weekend with the WHOLE FAMILY!

The home was warm and so welcoming. Communication was tops too! The house was well appropriated, SO CLEAN and gave us so much room to spread out and enjoy our stay while we celebrated our daughter graduating from TTU! We were so comfortable and enjoyed the outside space as well as the snacks! Thank you so much! We will def be back as my second one starts TTU in the FALL! WRECKEM! Thank you!

Awesome Place Great Communication

Our family was in town for a wedding and needed a nice place with room for all of us. This property was awesome, super-clean, and well stocked. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. The communication was consistent, making sure we had what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will book here again in a heartbeat!

Over the top convenience. Owners have thought of everything one could need.

Our family stayed here when we came into town to attend memorials for a couple of family members. We flew or drove into Lubbock from all over the country. This place was amazing. The furniture is retro, but the house has been fully remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Owner provides everything you could possibly think of for a weekend or even a week long stay. Lots of spices, condiments, and K-cups for the dual coffee maker. He even has sugar and all the sweeteners you could want for your coffee. Owner is highly responsive and very open to suggestions. We mentioned a sharp knife and a large cutting board would have been nice to have and he said he would go out and buy it that day and put it in the house. Can’t say enough good things about Patrick and Lydia and their property. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Business trip

We stayed with a group of employees from our business. The house was perfect to allow for a big group, and was laid out to let the guys/girls stay in different parts of the house. Everything was immaculately clean. The linens were fresh and well prepared. A set of sheets was missing for the rollaway bed but Patrick responded immediately and was there in under ten minutes with them. All the light switches and cabinets are labelled, which is very helpful. Snacks, waters and coffee are provided, which is a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property and hosts!

The Best choice for Lubbock

The owner was very accessible and accommodating to us, and very nice and generous. The house was clean and even better than described. It was stocked with lots of items for our use - not just coffee and cocoa but food staples as well. It was a GREAT location - near to major roads and a very nice neighborhood. BEST RENTAL EVER!

We were in town for graduations. This host goes above and beyond to make the place feel like home. I’ve never been in a rental that supplied so many things! I didn’t have to go to the grocery store my first day, which is unheard of. We were so comfortable & overly pleased with our stay. Host is very responsive to any messages & it’s more than worth the money!

Great place for family gathering

Lovely home with amazing hosts. We had multiple families come together and there was space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked (double ovens!) and there were lots of places to hang out, eat, and play games. The hot tub was an added bonus on a cold Lubbock weekend. The hosts were the real gem, though. Fast to respond and preemptively reached out to welcome us. They even left pizza coupons!! I mean, pure perfection. Loved this place and would happily stay there again.

Nice Place for Large Group

My daughter and I, along with two other families, needed a place to stay in Lubbock that would allow us to hang out with a friend and her baby who recently moved there, and since hotels aren’t good for that, we chose a home through VRBO.

This neighborhood is WELL established with tons of fully matured trees, well established neighbors that are perfectly respectful and courteous towards each other. This neighborhood is full of restaurants, retail shopping, medical and only minutes to Texas Tech and Lubbock Christian University.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have privacy curtains throughout the house. Our back patio has a full size hot tub outdoor furniture AND privacy curtains that fully surround the pack patio area. In our grass area we have our fire pit with weather resistant chairs, outdoor grill and plenty of room to set up the corn hole game.
