CONDO DESCRIPTION:
One Ocean Place Unit 209 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Garden City Beach. Located on the second floor, this condo has great ocean views that you don’t want to miss. Enjoy your time sitting on the furnished patio overlooking the beach or lounging by the pool. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer and each bedroom features a private bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances needed to prepare a meal. The building has an elevator for guest use and parking on site. Golf carts are not allowed at this condominium.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Family Refresh Time

We had a wonderful time staying in Surfside SC. The unit was very clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. Our family spent the week enjoying the beach and searching for beautiful seashells. We even had a large pod of dolphins playing in front of our unit. All wonderful memories! Thank you for hosting our family.

The property was beautiful and clean. The realty company was very responsive. We not given key faubs to enter the buildind and pool. We had to use the links on our phone. Having a key faub would have been easier. We stayed in other properties in One Ocean Place and were given key fauns.

Condo was roomy and nicely decorated. Views from balcony were awesome! Had a little trouble at check in with codes to multiple gates that was not provided and explained at check in. We took my mom with us and she does not get around well unable to do stairs and that was the only way to the beach. Also the sliding glass doors were really hard to open and shut. She was not able to do on her own.

the parking was on the same level as the room. room s was decorated very well and it was very clean.my wife was very pleased with the whole unit.

Loved that the parking was so close to our condo. What a plus! And the beautiful space on ocean front to hear the ocean each day! No real negative, we had to figure out the remotes which confused us in the beginning. Maybe instructions depending on what we were looking to do. We are older😎. Will want to return!

Beautiful condo-lousy rental agency

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful,but the rental agency was not helpful once I arrived. They texted me the wrong access code to the parking garage. When I couldn't figure out where the elevators were, where to unload, and where to park, they said they didn't know anything about the building complex, they only manage the unit. I had to find out the hard way that this building is split in two and has separate elevators for each side of the building. Their general lack of knowledge and indifference to my confusion was unacceptable! Then I found out the next day that I needed access codes to the pools and beach gates, which they never sent me until I called to complain. Although the actual condo was beautiful,I will not use this rental agency again.
