Another wonderful stay. So many amenities right there for everyone to use. Beach was great, pool, was great, park was great, everything was great. When we encountered an issue with the air (just needed more coolant), Jim was quick to respond and get it taken care of. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spacious, clean, and well appointed condo. Being able to use the resort amenities was a definite plus. The kids loved all the water toys available on the beach and the pool was nice on a cooler day.

Cozy cabin with a nice view

Our family rents a cabin for a week on Leech Lake every summer. We loved this resort and this cabin. There were 8 of us total and we all fit comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy and Cozy

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our short stay. The property was very clean and cozy. The kids loved the pool! This place had everything we expected and more. Will definitely consider returning next year!

Family trip 2014

This condo has a great location, and had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our stay, only complaint is the cleanliness. There was sand all over the floors and I had to clean both bathrooms, the toilets were terrible. After that though, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great, large rental home on Horseshoe Bay on Leech Lake

The condo has amazing views from a nice balcony overlooking the beach plus 3 bedrooms, lots of sleeping options, fully-stocked kitchen & spacious living area. The owner is very responsive and gracious. We visited for a family reunion and everyone was impressed with our accommodations. Would definitely rent again. A huge bonus was that we were able to book only 3 nights rather than the customary weeklong rental in mid-July.

Great Getaway

We had a great time here. The space was great as well, 6 adults and 3 children were perfect, even with an 8 week old! Karaoke on Wednesday night was fun as well as tye dying shirts with the kids at the resort part was fun! Beach was good as well, sand in the water is a little different, kind of mushy almost, and weeds further out. There were kayakes, paddle boats and water bikes to use that were so much fun also! Hope to be back next year!

High school friends

Each year 8 of us gals (77 yrs old) from high school find a place to stay a couple nights to catch up with each others' lives. We chose to stay here this year and absolutely loved it. The condo was perfect for us, the view was gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. Thank you, Jim. We loved your place and your communication was excellent.

Condo was clean, but lodge was filthy

The condo was nice and clean, the only issue was the oven did not work, which we reported to the owner. The pool area was so filthy that we could not use it. which was very disappointing. I have pictures if you would like to see.

The condo had a nice layout and the resort was nice. Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn't working the first 2 days we were there, when it was 85-90. I let the property manager know, and it was fixed. The refrigerator had broken drawers and wasn't real clean. We had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels because they didn't leave enough for 6 people for a weeks stay. My daughter's sheets on her bed had dried gum that looked like it had gone through the dryer. The towel rod in the main bathroom was coming out of the wall- not happy for the cost of the condo for the week. I also had to put our fitted sheet back on every morning because it didn't have big enough pockets for the size of the mattress. We will not be staying at this property again.

Great Leech Lake Get Away

Very clean, layout of the condo was very nice and roomy. Nice big open kitchen/ living room area with great views of Leech Lake. Nice to have been able to use the ammenties from the resort… bouncer, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. nice beach. Paid for a boat slip. Roomy for ages4- 64! Used the indoor pool one late AM when it rained a bit. 4 th of July fireworks on the beach from the resort were great and lasted 45 minutes! The grounds were kept up nice. We commented that even being the busy 4 th of July, it did not feel crowded. Jim was great to communicate with in regards to this VRBO. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

AMAZING Property!

We LOVED staying here. The beach was footsteps away, with paddle boards, peddle bikes, peddle boats, and a water trampoline all free to use. Our kids had an absolute blast as well as the adults. We rented a slip to keep the boat so we could just hop in and go fishing whenever we wanted. When it was a little cooler one day, we enjoyed the indoor pool. There's a playground and swing for the younger ones to enjoy as well. Walker isn't far, and has many great little shops. This place really has something for everyone. The owners were great and quick to respond when I called or messaged. There was a little snafu with the hired cleaning person, but nothing I couldn't handle with the broom and vacuum provided. The kitchen has all the appliances you could ever need; even had a double breakfast sandwich maker! My family wants to book again next year!
