The living room offers a day bed, child's pull-out bed for extra guests as well as an office area. Enjoy the soothing ambiance and beautiful views over looking Baby Lake. Baby Lake is known for is pristine water quality and top notch fishing. The charming towns of Hackensack, Longville and Walker are all short dives away. There are also beautiful hiking and biking trails, a casino and much more to explore in northern Minnesota! Or simply relax down by the lake!

Great Location

Had a great time at the cabin. Quiet and relaxing in a beautiful setting. Had all the amenities we needed. Owner was prompt with fielding questions. Very happy with our stay!

Great getaway cabin

We had a great fishing weekend. The lake is very clear and has a lot of places to fish. The cabin was very well stocked for cooki g supplies which we really appreciated. We will stay hear again if we are in the area.

Very welcoming!

Great place to stay . Very welcoming and warm. Already booked for next year. Everything was perfect. If I could say anything that could make it better needs , more blankets but that’s all.

Such a Cozy Stay

This is our second time coming to this warm and cozy home. It has everything you need to be comfortable. It is very nice and quiet in the woods on the lake. We look forward to coming again!

Another calming stay

This is the second time my wife and I have rented this cabin in the past few months. Very peaceful setting. Great for unwinding. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. We highly recommend!

Up North Relaxation

This is our third time staying at Zach’s home. It is very warm and cozy and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Zach is very inviting and always helpful. We hope to be back in the Fall. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Warm and Cozy Retreat

We had a wonderful winter weekend at this lovely warm and inviting cabin. It had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed watching the deer and ice fishers out on Baby Lake and relaxing Up North. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We would love to come again..

Fishing Trip

The house was very clean and a nice central location to several good fishing lakes. House had everything we needed and more including use of the golf cart! Property is very peaceful and you can hear the Loons all day and night. We didn't need to move many things around to childproof for our toddler grandchild. Thanks for a great stay Zach! Would definitely book again!

Great escape

We really enjoyed getting out of the city to see the stars. The fireplace was a great way to stay cozy and warm up. Lets of essentials stocked and easy to adk host questions. Would love to come back this summer.

The house on Baby Lake is incredible! There is nothing anyone could want which is not in the property! The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot pan dish utensil you can imagine. The bed in the back bedroom is possibly the most comfortable I have slept on away from my own house and at 71 years of age I have experienced many. The location was idyllic - quiet yet easily accessible. Zach is incredibly responsive - could not have asked for more. If I can ever get back to this area I will rebook this property in a heartbeat!

Peaceful, cozy cabin

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It has all the amenities that you will need to feel right at home. The view from the front windows of the lake were beautiful. The property is thickly wooded and very calming. The outdoor fire pit was nice as well. Cut up wood is provided, or if you want to forage your own wood from the property like I did, it’s more enjoyable. There are plenty of areas to walk or hike to. If you need to go into the town of Hackensack, it has all the essentials that you will need, and is only about 10 minutes away from the cabin. If you have any questions or concerns, the owner Zach is very helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful location to relax, I definitely recommend you visit. Thanks again for everything Zach!

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at this cabin! Check in and communication was great, the place was super clean and cozy, and all the essentials were there (kitchen/bathroom/cleaning supplies). The fishing was great as well, we caught a a bunch of large crappies and small perch. The beds were comfy and the heat worked great. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful house. Spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials you’d need. Comfy chairs and air conditioned! Not a spot for swimming, but looks like a good fishing lake. We were there to get together with some friends in the area and it was perfect. We certainly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
