Unique 1700's House/Barn compound that is perfectly located walking distance to Boardwalk Beach and Sandwich shops and restaurants. House can sleep up to 14 and is perfect for family getaways. Outdoor heated pool and lovely yard for family fun. A casual atmosphere on this fun and modern property. Affectionately named the Jelly House, it has history and many spaces throughout the property to make vacation memories.

This property was a diamond in the rough for our group of 14; 7 adults and 7 children. Owner was very responsive, professional, and courteous. The amenities were great.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The pool, yard, kitchen, all of it. Everyone loved the house and the separate sleeping areas were great. Would stay again.

Our group goes on a yearly Cape Cod trip, usually picking different towns to stay in. We plan on coming back here next year because of how amazing the house and neighborhood was. There was not a single thing we would change! Renee was extremely communicative when we had questions and very informative of things to do around town. We had such an amazing time we only ever left to get coffee down the street. I highly recommend!

The host and house were great! I’ve rented places where the pictures look much better than the actual house and this is not the case with this lovely rental! Everything was lovely and yet also comfortable. We did a girls trip and felt the location was convenient. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms! So many of us loved the decor we spent one morning trying to find the same pieces online. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Renee’s property in Sandwich for the second year in a row. The stay was for a small casual work retreat and the property fit all our needs! Would not hesitate to stay again.

This house is laid out very well and they’ve taken much care to provide everything you need. It’s in close proximity to everything and the house was an added bonus. Great family vacation!

We love The Jelly House!

What an absolutely beautiful home away from home, and even more perfect venue for a small gathering with friends and family. The property was absolutely beautiful, and the home(s) was incredibly spacious and had all of the essentials needed. The location was also fantastic. We cannot stop talking about how special The Jelly House was, and can’t wait to book again in the future!

Incredible House

This was the most perfect house for a group of family and friends. It felt secluded and had everything we needed right on the property - pool, hot tub, fire pit, and spacious rooms. We could not have had a better time! Highly recommend!

Corn hole, spike ball, outdoor (!) ping pong, badminton, fire pit, bikes, hot tub, gorgeous pool, beautiful landscaping—what isn’t to love about this place?! Plenty of space indoors and out to spread out, coffee shop steps away, nice historic town, shops, beach less than a mile away on a lovely walk. We had a great week. Host responds very quickly, too, and check-in is easy. House was clean and well- appointed. We were happy vacationers.

Relax in comfort and style in the Cape!

My husband, son and I travelled with 2 other families of 4 and the house was just the right fit! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces. It was very comfortable and the pool was the perfect size for all of us to enjoy. It's close to a supermarket and walking distance to a cute coffee shop and town. We had a great time!

Simply amazing!

It was all just perfect, start to finish! Clear communication throughout the whole booking process (almost a year in advance!), everything went off without a hitch! Beautiful home, high quality furnishings and linens, felt right at home.

Perfect house!

This house was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend away! Plenty of space, absolutely beautiful kitchen and outdoor area to cook and eat, and we had so much fun sitting by the pool. We loved being able to take a 2 minute walk to the delicious coffee shop down the road and were only a short Uber ride to go out to dinner. The host was very responsive throughout our stay when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Epic Trip Thanks to this Property

We had a friend reunion with 6 families and we're able to stay comfortably with privacy, but we still had so many large spaces to gather together! The property is gorgeous and clean; the owner was super friendly, generous, and communicative; and the area itself was so memorable. The pool was our favorite spot to hang out and it really made our trip having access to it as well as the hot tub. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful house/furnished barn/yard

The property was perfect for entertaining! We loved barbecuing, hanging out in the backyard, playing games, swimming in the pool and sitting around the fire. Furnishings were high end and everything was quality. Renee was great to communicate with. 5 star !!!!
