Modern Tiny House tucked in the woods - only 192 Sq. Ft.

There are no other buildings in this wooded space. The kitchen has a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, sink, dishes and utensils. Have fun with the French press coffee in the morning (coffee provided). If you really want to cook, a Blackstone Griddle (with propane)is provided just outside. That space is under cover and also has a table and chairs. The "floating" bed was designed with small lights underneath. Try all the different colors and settings on the remote. Be sure to look over the Welcome Book as it will have all the instructions of how to operate any of the devices.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Completely private get-away nestled in the woods yet only 3 miles to town. Enjoy fiber wifi service, a smart tv set for you to enjoy your own Netflix, Apple TV or others. Even the blinds have a remote so that you can lay in bed, open the blinds and experience nature. Maybe deers running by or hear the owls that are your only neighbors. The huge tiled shower also boosts a bluetooth speaker so that you can enjoy your favorite playlist. Just down the hill next to the seasonal creek you will find the fire pit(firewood provided).

We loved this tiny house! Had EVERYTHING and more for a quick stay. I appreciate the thought put into it all. So modern and clean. Shower, toilet, bed, kitchenette, tv, comfy chairs, large windows...they did it right! Didn't get to start a fire for the one night we were there but the pups loved the private space to run around! Very relaxing. Thanks Karin!

Love the tiny house.

The spotless home and economy of space were a perfect welcome for our short stay. We loved being completely enveloped by trees and still having little spaces like the grill area and fire pit.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

The property and cabin were immaculate and just as described! It was a perfect getaway for the weekend. The cabin is nestled in the woods with walking trails, a fire pit, and outdoor seating. We would definitely stay here again!

Get away after husband shoulder surgery

We loved the tiny house so nice and quiet! Close to antique stores which we had so much fun shopping at them. This is an awesome place to stay at!!!

Tiny treasure in the woods

What a perfect little tiny treasure! My husband and I booked this spot so we could be closer to our son’s wedding venue (Cactus Creek in Dickson). It was just perfect. The space was bigger than I anticipated for a tiny house! Especially the size of the bed and shower. Our pup, Bandit, loved the low windows to peek out of and also the woods to relax, sniff and take long walks. Karin was so responsive and accommodating when we reached out to her. Will definitely be back again!

I love sharing this awesome modern tiny house we built just last year. Tucked in the woods on my property but with all the modern features you want to try! Cellular blinds, fiber wifi, french press coffee, a Blackstone griddle, really quiet, a huge shower with bluetooth so that you can play your favorite playlist and quiet! Ans so dark you can see all the stars in the sky!
