Excellent accommodations & location

We just stayed for a few days during a work trip, but the house was perfect for what we needed. The location was very central, the house was in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this house for anyone travelling to Naples.

Short Stay buy Sweet Stay!

Cute and Clean and enough space for three adults for a weekend! Close to beach and main streets to get around. Enjoyed our mornings in the backyard with birds and bunnies around. Overall, it was the perfect spot for what we were looking to do in Naples!

Great vacation property!

The house was just as expected and a perfect getaway for my family. We did have a minor issue with a toilet when we arrived but the property manager stated in constant communication with us and got it fixed without any hassle! We would definitely stay at this property again!!!

Minto Open stay

Although it was 25 mins from East Naples park, it was very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. Clean property, quiet location. The kichen was stocked well, we had most meals at home since I bought my crockpot.

Beautiful home and great location!

We spent two months in this incredibly well done, recently renovated property. Spacious layout, comfortable furnishings, and well stocked kitchen. Everything is new in the home which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect- close to beach, restaurants, shopping, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts and property manager were very communicative easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!

This property is immaculate. The manager and owner have a great location within 5 min of almost everything! We went bike riding, childrens museum, boating and a trek to zoo miami. This was a great trip.

Property is great

Was better than advertised. We had a hit of a problem with the digital door lock but once that was ironed out it was a pleasant stay. Suggest they take the code out of the welcome book which confused us. Welcome book very complete. Great location.

Better than expected

My family of 5 stayed here for 6 days. There was plenty of space. The pictures are accurate. We were extremely happy with the house/decorations/ammenities. The best part was all the extras…wagon for beach supplies, beach chairs, cooler, towels, bikes. It made it so easy to have a good experience at the beach. It was an 11 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. Soccer balls and cones allowed us to have an impromptu family soccer game. Walked to coffee at Mercato every morning. Thank you!

Property was clean, comfortable and great location. Unfortunately when we arrived and it was dark, it was confusing using the key pad to gain entry. The code initially given was incorrect. Had to go to Target and pick up some inexpensive wash clothes as there was only 1 in the whole house. Owners may want to add dishcloths and dish towels as those were in very short supply also.
