This spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends looking to unwind in style and comfort. This property is located just minutes from the beach, shopping and dining, and it's the perfect base for exploring all that Naples has to offer.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a large closet, a Roku TV with all the entertainment you can imagine, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of the other bedrooms have queen or full size beds.

The living area is bright and open, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and socialize. The open-plan design flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a large table that seats up to eight people.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a huge quartz island that seats 6, a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a coffee maker, toaster, and blender for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful Naples downtown inspired flower alley with a Weber BBQ and plenty of seating for enjoying an al fresco dining or a cocktail at sunset. The side lot features 4 loungers for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

After a long day of exploring, retreat to the comfort of your vacation rental and relax in style. The home is equipped with several modern amenities, including large flat-screen Roku TVs packed with entertainment options, commercial washer and dryer, and high-speed internet. We also provide 4 bicycles for your enjoyment. Due to the price of the bikes they have GPS tracking in case they get stolen while you're away.
