Enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable house right in downtown Geneva. House was short walk to HWS, downtown restaurants, and lakefront/FLX visitor center. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great time in Geneva visiting family and friends and this was the perfect house to stay in. We were able to walk downtown and it was close to other events we had. We would definitely recommend!

Our family enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and amenities of this lovely old home. Morning walks to the lake, easy access to plenty of yummy establishments and groceries, and space to spread out were greatly appreciated. Don’t miss Geneva Gelato or Water Street Cafe!

I only wish we had more time! Although we spent most of our time walking and exploring the very accessible town, our evenings were spent enjoying the comfortable and eclectically decorated home. I highly recommend this "GEM" for your stay in Geneva.

Wonderful house in Geneva

House was well stocked and clean. House was walkable to all restaurants and shops. Easy drive to many wineries. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels for the group.

Great Stay

Everything was fantastic from booking, to checking in, to the stay, and departing...we could not have asked for more. If we bring friends up again to wine country, we will definitly look to stay in this house again. Great location to downtown restaurants and the waterfront.

Great Geneva stay

We loved our stay here. We were close to everything and were even able to walk to dinner (in the colder winter temps) so no one had to worry about having a cocktail and then driving. Will definitely stay again.

Cute and spacious

Perfect house for 3 couples! It was spacious and comfortable with modern and updated decor and appliances. We stayed for 2 nights while attending the Seneca Lake Deck the Halls event. Great location in a quiet area but near many restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

Great Downtown Property!

We were in town for a wedding at the Cracker Factory and this was ideally located for that! We had easy access to some downtown shops with a nice relaxing house to stay at. The kitchen was a delight and the bedrooms could have slept a lot more that we had. I would definitely rent this again!
