South Tampa - Central Location - Efficiency Suite

Fantastic Efficiency suite in a great location South Tampa. This unit is uniquely close to Downtown Tampa, South Howard Ave (hottest area), and all major highways such as I-275, literally 3 minutes away. It is a well decorated Boho-chic modern theme. The space although limited (around 300 sqft), is extremely well designed to be fully functional, for short to medium length stays. Great way to be located directly in the the hottest and expensive areas of Tampa, while still traveling on a budget.

There is 1 double bed. Double beds are slightly smaller than Queen bed, so please discuss this with your companion prior to arrival. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. The AC (Central Air) is called a "mini split". Which is an upgrade to window units, but slightly smaller then traditional American separated AC's you are likely thinking of. The AC works well for the unit. Active free Wifi, Smart TV, and cable TV for easy watching.

For Parking, there is off-street parking. Follow the driveway on the left to the end. At the end there are designated parking spots. There are two other units that share this parking area, so please be mindful and respectful. Only 1 car parking space is allocated / allowed for this particular unit. There is a manual lockbox, we will message you all of this information before your arrival.

No large trucks, or RV's etc allowed.
- Quiet House 10pm-9am
- No Smoking inside the home
- No Open Flames, candles, incense
- Illegal Activity of any kind will not be tolerated
- No Events, or parties permitted
- No unregistered guests permitted on the property
- No Loud guests or disruptive behavior
-If you do not follow check-out time there will be an additional fee: $30.
-EARLY/LATE check-out requests. While we would love to be able to accommodate all requests, we must ask that you adhere to check-in and check-out times. In most cases, we will have guests staying prior to and after your reservation and we need to give the housekeeping staff ample time to clean and turn over the home : )
