Escape to this peaceful 2 bedroom 1 full bath house situated on 1 wooded acre with access to Lake Lanier! Enjoy full access and privacy of the entire lower level of this house which includes the following amenities: Lake access to lake Lanier for fishing and kayaking, an inground pool, water slide, 6 person jetted hot tub spa, sauna, workout room, full bar and pool table! The open floor plan and patio were designed for gathering in mind whether you are indoor or out.

This unique and charming property has all the ambiance that will make your stay peaceful and relaxing: Private patios off of each bedroom, beautifully landscaped gardens, cobblestone lighted walkways, garden fountains, tropical flowers, secret gardens and scenic views that attract wildlife like birds and deer.

Outdoor life is just as exciting as indoor life at Hidden Haven. Have fun touring the grounds and taking a walk down to the lake down the windy trail through the woods, there is so much to explore!

Hidden Haven provides a peaceful secluded feeling however it is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of many popular attractions and activities such as Margaritaville at Lanier Islands, Safe Harbor Hide Away Bay Marina, fishing, water parks, water sports, boating, antiquing, golfing, Target, coffee shops and the following highly recommended lakeside restaurants that will add to the atmosphere of vacation: Pig Tails, Twisted Oar, Fish Tails and Landshark Bar & Grill at Margaritaville.

This hidden gem comes equipped with the following to maximize the most of your stay:
3 kayaks (a double and 2 singles), 2 lay out rafts, 2 pool floats, an elliptical, work out ball, light free weights and propane for the grill! Feel free to bring your own fishing pole if you would like to fish!

This place felt like our own private villa — luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully designed with every amenity you could want. It had the perfect balance of feeling secluded and remote while still being just minutes from anything we needed. We took full advantage of everything the property offered — kayaking, swimming, grilling, relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool, and simply unwinding. We were comfortable from the moment we arrived and honestly wished we could have stayed even longer. Would absolutely come back again.

The place was spacious feeling and quiet and serene. The grounds were beautiful and the entire place was beautifully cared for. We cooked every night and it was set up with spices and equipment! It felt like visiting a home instead of a corporate maintained place where you are just an income.We felt cared for and thought of instead of just a means to an end. The host was gracious and kind and even made us brownies! I didnt even hear them upstairs or see them except at check in. The hot tub and pool were clean and the hot tub worked!!! So many places I have stayed these bonus items dont so I was very pleased! Access to the lake and lifejackets for kids and adults were on site and ready to use. The beds were so compfy too! I will definitely be back!

The stay was nice. Sam and Luann are great host. Though the Vrbo is under where they lice, we didn't notice them at all. Unless you see the truck in the drive way you don't know they're home. The pool and sauna are awesome. And even though we were by the lake, there were no bugs even in the yard.

Beautiful property!

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for our long weekend trip at Lake Lanier. This property was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and tidy, and lots of activities at the house between the pool, hot tub, pool table, and lake! Property owners even left us a fresh batch of brownies along with a welcome note, which was much appreciated! We definitely plan on returning!

My name is Luann and my husband's name is Sam. We have 4 kids and 8 grandkids. We are home bodies and have spent a lot of time making this house a home. I have a passion for interior decorating and gardening. Spending time on my patio surrounded by flowers is one of my favorite things to do! It was my dear friends' idea that we should rent our house out on Airbnb. She brought it to our attention that Lake Lanier is such a popular travel destination and our house would be such a treat for visitors to rent out during their stay. It was a no brainer for us to become hosts since we have been brainstorming on ways to make extra income for retirement and are very hospitable people. When this house came for sale we were just the people to pour into it to make it what it is today.

The moment we seen pictures of the house online we could envision putting our touch on it. The functional open floor plan layout was perfect for our family to gather and we knew one day it would be perfect to rent our to our guests too. It is conveniently located in a neighborhood close to amenities but you do not feel like you are in a neighborhood when you are there. The 1 acre wooded lot provides privacy and a peaceful environment. A short walk through the woods takes you back to the lake and that is what makes this house so special.

We call this property The Hidden Haven because it really is a hidden gem. Guests have full access to the private backyard which has lake access to Lake Lanier. It comes with a private beautiful pool, 6 person hot tub, slide, bar, pool table, sauna and work out room. Other house rentals provide a comfortable place to stay but Hidden Haven provides a peaceful, relaxing escape that we hope you enjoy as much as we do.
