We enjoyed our stay in the adorable "Peach House". Host was fabulous with communication and helpful with local restaurants, etc. The beds so comfy. Very clean and had everything we could ever need! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The property was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had plenty of space for us, and the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for the check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Fantastic house, very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely do it again. Host communication was great. If you go make sure to hit Flat Fish Donuts which is a short walk down 3rd Street, you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern and bright. Jennifer was fantastic throughout the process and communicated with us and responded to our inquiries immediately. Very convenient to all things UF. We will definitely stay again. Much better than the numerous hotels we have stayed at in the area.

This house worked well for our needs. Sorry to say I was disappointed with small and minimal cooking pots and pans. I wasn’t able to cook dinner, as I had planned. Not even salt and pepper …Another disappointment was channel selection on the TV - no live tv whatsoever.

Along those lines, we do stock our house with salt/pepper, other spices, kitchen utensils, a variety of pots and pans, and much more. We would have happily pointed those items out to you if you asked. Also, our guests generally do not require or desire live TV beyond access via the numerous streaming services that can be accessed on our television. We will take your comment into consideration.

Wonderfully comfortable stay

This was one our best VRBO stays! The property was beautiful inside and out! We only used the king bed, and it was so comfortable! Jennifer was great keeping in contact with us and we hope to stay there again!

such a nice place, so close to downtown and campus in an old florida neighborhood with wonderful trees. The place is rare combo of bungalow yet surprisingly huge inside, and very clean - has everything and makes you feel like bragging to everyone else staying in hotels how much smarter than them you are !

Jennifer’s house was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and extremely charming! Nice location, quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The house was a great place to stay in Gainesville. We hope to be back!

Host had amazing communication and everything was exactly as it should be. Close to UF, and downtown. Great place to stay with family and/or friends. Highly recommend the Peach house!
