The Enclave 803 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo sleeping 11 comfortably, located directly on the beach in Orange Beach, Alabama.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Parking Passes Must be Purchased After Booking-1st Spot Guaranteed-2nd Spot Subject to Availability at Time of Arrival. Link to Purchase is Sent After Booking ($50 each.)

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Family Vacay

First time visiting Orange Beach/Gulf Shores and we definitely will be back! The condo was as advertised. Very clean, beautiful decor and furnishings. Very spacious for our group of 10!

The furniture in the living room is filthy. The hotel lock on the front door needs to be replaced, it is very difficult to latch. The bedroom with the queen bed does not lock. The light above the stove is burned out. In general it was gross.

Absolutely worth visiting!

Spacious condo that can accommodate a big party (family). Beautiful condo. “Kids” guest room is so fun! Property manager dropped by later to greet us and to deliver a goodie bag. Was available all the time. The view is beautiful. Private access to the beach. Very clean beach. The ocean is shallow - perfect for vacation with kids. Parking is a bit harsh…most times of a day all spots are taken and you have to park in a plaza across the street. And from my understanding still have to pay for parking permit. Thank you for accommodating us ☺️

Nice Location

We have been staying at the Enclave for the past 12 years except for the year of the pandemic. We love where the Enclave is located and the layout of the condos. This year was a beautiful week at the beach, the condo was clean and had most everything you needed. We had troubles from the beginning with the lock but the property manager was prompt in responding when we eventually were completely locked out. They replaced the battery and all was good!! Just a few hours with all of us on the wrong side of the door! The add on bunk beds are cute and had linens. The ottoman and sofa that fold out did not so you might want to check that out before waiting until bedtime like we did. Otherwise a lovely space for us all to make memories together once again!

The condo was nice

We stayed here over Fall break this year. The condo was as pictured. Our overall stay was positive. There are a few things that I wasn't too impressed with. The first issue was that the front main entry door was very hard to close. You had to lift and push hard for it to fully close. Many times it would just swing right back open. Eventually we figured out how to get it closed each time. We did email the company about this and they stated that they would look into this. We noticed an old dusty smell as soon as we entered the unit. The smell was present in the entry way, in both bedrooms in the entry side of the unit, and all closets within the entire unit. The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom did not smell, but their closets did. The drain hole on the balcony seemed to be having issues. More than half of the balcony stayed flooded. We couldn't use the master balcony door without platform shoes. We could use to the living room balcony door but we had to stay at the table. The last full day that we were there we woke up to no water at all. I emailed the company about this and they had this fixed in a timely manner. We were also given two parking violations by the person running the front desk of the condo. It was stated that there was no visible parking pass but there was. That person was only present in the evenings long enough to hand out violations. He was not there during the day for the matter to be discussed. The indoor pool had a total of two chairs within the entire area for parents to sit and watch kids. It also felt very unclean in this area. The stay was overall ok but we will choose a different condo next time.

Great Location

The location is fantastic, the beach is amazing and it's just a short boardwalk to the beach. It is also located right across the street from Walmart, souvenir shops and restaurants. The property was clean. If you are traveling with older kids it should be noted that the 2 bunk beds by the bathroom are short bunk beds, if you have people taller than 5'8' the beds will be short. The other misleading thing is parking. You get a parking pass, but you are not guaranteed a parking spot. If a spot was not available we were instructed to park at a hotel that was a 5 minute walk and charged $25 per night. We had to pay this fee 2 nights. Lastly, one night the smoke detector starting chirping at 2 am. We called the property manager who told us to call Beachball Properties who told us to take the battery out of the smoke detector, which is obviously unsafe.

It was a nice condo but no heated pool

The weather was kind of crummy and we didn’t know until we got there that the pool wasn’t heated. The check in process was unlike anything I’ve seen. It’s a room with a table, like a waiting room and the “security “ dude was sitting in his car out front. He wasn’t even in the so called office. The morning of checkout, we were loading our vehicles at 7 am and checkout wasn’t until 10 but they had already changed the code on the door so it was no longer active. Luckily, we were taking turns so we didn’t get locked out completely. Also, my daughter left her ring. I emailed them as soon as I got home and told them right where she left it and what it looked like. They said they would talk to cleaning crew. Never heard back after that. Not a place I would stay again especially for the price. It was one of the most expensive condos we’ve stayed in yet and we go twice a year.
