Welcome to Paradise!! Phoenix VII, 11th Floor, Orange Beach 2Br 2Ba Gulf Front Condo. Unit is tastefully decorated with NEW furniture and NEW mattresses, has breathtaking views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass, and has amenities for everyone to include: Wifi, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, tennis courts, Pickleball court, racquetball court, games/puzzles in the lobby.

This unit has Granite Countertops, new Stainless Steel Appliances, NEW furniture, NEW luxury bedding, tile throughout, and a walk-in tiled travertine flooring shower in master bathroom, high ceilings, tiled balcony. There is a King Bed in the master bedroom, two double/full beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a New queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a memorable beach vacation!

Check in beginning at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

$55/car Parking Pass purchased through Vacation Rental Parking Solutions ( $65/ vehicle if purchased at the front desk), 2 car maximum. Price subject to change by the Condo Association.

Communication with the property owner was excellent. They responded quickly to every question I had, and the communication throughout the booking and stay was timely and appreciated.Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself did not meet my expectations. The shower had mold in it, the large mirror in the living area had noticeable fingerprints on it, and the front door was difficult to use because it would jam and sometimes would not open. While I appreciated the owner’s responsiveness, I hope these maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed for future guests.

I assure you that this is not the level of cleanliness we strive for!! In the future, if you encounter a situation like that again, please contact the host so we can make it right!

The ocean view/beach view was gorgeous. There were several utensils/pots/pans in the kitchen for cooking, and plenty of towels/washrags for the three of us. The beds were more on the firm side and did make quite a bit of noise when getting in or out of them but weren’t so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay for our first beach trip in almost 10 years.

The host for this property was accommodating with our request to check out late due to a later afternoon flight. Highly recommend renting from this host. The condo is nicely decorated and as pictured on the VRBO website. The lobby of the condo is updated and clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The pool was nice and there were plenty of seating options.

Mother Daughter Getaway

This space gave us the perfect place to enjoy full days at the beach then come back to relax and enjoy a night together. It was good for a quick weekend and was close to the beach and other in town amenities.
