-The kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and all of cookware that you would need as well as a starter pack of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods.

- The living room offers new furnishings and smart-tv. Basic cable and wi-fi are provided.

- Laundry room offers a washer and dryer, laundry pods, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, and steamer.

- Bedroom 1 has a twin over full bunk bed, dresser, sound machine, night light, blackout curtains, luggage holder, hangers, laundry basket, children's toys and books.

- Bedroom 2 features a queen murphy bed, dresser, desk, smart TV, blackout curtains, hangers, laundry basket, and sound machine. Don't need the extra bed? Keep it folded up and enjoy this room as an office or play space.

- Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed, dresser, smart TV, sound machine, blackout curtains, luggage holder, hangers, laundry basket.

All mattresses are brand-new, high-quality mattresses with full zip mattress protectors. Duvet covers, matching sham covers, and throws are washed between each guest!

- Outside within the huge fenced yard you will find a large patio with grill, relaxing couch set, table, and fire pit.

- Garage has ping-pong table, basketball arcade game, dart board, and hangout area.
