The best place and building to stay in CDMX Condesa. Cozy apartment with good light. 24/7 security, parking, Valet Parking, Roof Top with heated pool and the best view of the park in Spain! Also Snack Bar with service at your door from 11am to 6pm. Outdoor gym located on the Rooftop!!   Wifi 500 Mbps.   The Condo has good spaces, good height and a lot of light enters through the windows. Leather livingroom and they are very comfortable, Kitchen equipped to cook with a large refrigerator. Clothes washer and dryer in the apartment. The main room has a comfortable King size bed.  Screen with Cable TV and Netflix, blackout courtains.
The main bathroom has a walk in closet, very spacious. The shower with very good pressure. Includes shampoo, soaps, body cream, etc.The secondary bedroom has a Double bed, a large mirror and closet.
The secondary bathroom also with good water pressure, towels, shampoos, etc.Both two rooms with very good light and blackout courtains.Roof Garden with incredible view! Green areas, outdoor gym, heated pool overlooking the Spain park, Business center, Snack Bar with home delivery and Pool service . Hamacs, eating tables, ping pong, bathrooms, the works. The pool is heated 24 hours! perfect choice to relax and sunbath before heading home.
Snack Bar is open from 11 am to 6 pm. They have a fairly large and healthy menu for all ages. The margaritas and coctails are amazing. The building has Valet Parking at no additional cost, just leave your car and they park it in their designated drawer.
You also have a parking lot plus all the amenities that the building has. Take advantage of them! You will see that it is incredible to stay in a place with so many amenities, the best views and sunsets, especially in autumn and winter. Everything is very close so you can go on foot, scooter or bicycle. The area has special roads for biking.
Customer Support Available during your stay from 8am till 10pm! I know very well the city, if you need recommendations about places or things todo, just ask. I live in the next tower so I am pretty close to assist you!
The apartment has a complete sanitation between reservation and reservation to offer you a COVID-free space.

Horacio was fabulous. Provided a lot of great info even before we arrived and was very communicative during our stay. The condo was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles. The pool area on the roof was beautiful and provided a great view of the city. The location really is the best in Condesa as it borders Parque Espania and is only a couple of blocks from Parque de Mexico. I have never seen more parks and free space in any other major city in the world.

Horacio was such a great host. Welcoming and supportive, with great suggestions on how to enjoy the city. The VRBO location is perfect, surrounded by vibrant parks, great food and friendly people. We'll be back!

Perfect Condessa vacation

Great management- apartment is so well equipped. Clean and quiet, comfortable beds and sofas. The rooftop with pool is such an extra place to hang out. The cool up there is the best and we often ate our lunch there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, suite, and host!

Our host Horacio was super helpful and responsive. The suite was very modern and secure, comfortable beds and space. The rooftop pool and lounge were on par with an upscale hotel. The location was absolutely perfect: tree-lined, amazing parks, super safe, walkable to lots of cafes, restaurants, and high end supermarket. Surprisingly quiet at night, too. Hope to come back soon!

Ideal for a city break

Most importantly for us the location was ideal. La Condesa is charming and perfect for a city break. Horacio, the host is a welcoming person and will happily help you to arrange your free time in CDMX. Absolutely loved this spot! Perfect location in Mexico City! Condesa is amazing and this property allows you to explore it all. Horacio is an amazing host and was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Shout out to Raul for an amazing time exploring TeotihuacĂĄn! Great location and rooftop!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location and quite comfortable. Tons of good restaurants within walking distance and in addition to the convenient 7-11 next door, there is a supermarket close by too. The rooftop space was awesome! The manager was always nearby to help and answer questions- very responsive. Would come back!

Perfection

We loved our stay in this condo that we've alreay secured it for a month next year. The location couldn't be better as it is close to hundreds of restaurants. The two parks are perfect for morning and evening walks and feel completely safe. The condo is just as pictures and Horacio, the host, is extremely responsive to any questions. The rooftop pool is icing on the cake. We look forward to our return.

Colonia Condesa is the Hipster neighborhood that you must visit. Everything can be obtained by walking, shops, restaurants, galleries, self-service, bicycle lanes, and a thousand other things. In front of Parque España and a few steps from Parque México. A few minutes from Reforma. The most vibrant neighborhood in Mexico City. If you go sightseeing, everything is close by, the museums, the Angel, Col Roma, Polanco, you can visit them all on foot or by bike. Not to mention the new terraces where the DJs put on the best atmosphere. You will also enjoy its famous Art Deco architecture and its corridors on the streets of Amsterdam. If you are an athlete, you are going to love it.
