Leather living room, Kitchen equipped to cook with a large refrigerator. Clothes washer  in the apartment.  500 Mbps Wifi. The second bedroom has a single bed and large closets. The secondary bathroom also with good water pressure, towels, shampoos, etc.A lot of natural light enters the kitchen and living room.  The floor is made out of wood. You will find everything you need to cook.Roof Garden with incredible view! Green areas, outdoor gym, heated pool overlooking the Spain park, Business center, Snack Bar with home delivery and Pool service . Hamacs, eating tables, ping pong, bathrooms, the works. The pool is heated 24 hours! perfect choice to relax and sunbath before heading home.
Snack Bar is open from 11 am to 6 pm. They have a fairly large and healthy menu for all ages. The margaritas and coctails are amazing. The building has Valet Parking at no additional cost, just leave your car and they park it in their designated drawer.
You also have a parking lot plus all the amenities that the building has. Take advantage of them! You will see that it is incredible to stay in a place with so many amenities, the best views and sunsets, especially in autumn and winter. Everything is very close so you can go on foot, scooter or bicycle. The area has special roads for biking.
