This beautiful gulf front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the heart of Orange Beach. The primary bedroom features a stunning gulf view, balcony access, king size bed and double granite vanity in the private bathroom. The second bedroom contains queen size bed. The large balcony is the perfect place to relax while listening to the waves crash down. There is a fully stocked, updated kitchen that has beautiful granite countertops with an island large enough to seat guests comfortably. This condo includes everything you need for your home away from home at the beach.

Tidewater complex features large outdoor pool and sundeck, direct gulf access with boardwalk, indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise facility. It is close to the wonderful restaurants and nightlife that Orange Beach has to offer.

Nice getaway

Tidewater is a nice family friendly property. Loved that it was smaller in size so not as crowded. The room was nice just wish the weather had cooperated a little better but nothing we can do about that.

Really nice condo

Everything was great. Except for the parking. We had two vehicles. We were provided with one parking pass. Contacted management twice to get extra pass, (informed would be 40.00) unfortunately they never came thru with pass. We ended up speaking with security and we had to write a note and tape on window to keep our vehicle from being towed. Just unnecessary worry. Need better communication but we would definitely stay at this great condo again.

Disappointed

Have stayed at Tidewater in different units about ten times. This was the worst. The unit wasn’t very clean, the ice machine in the freezer didn’t work, the door handle to the deck was ready to fall off, and the entry door to the unit wouldn’t latch securely.

Great getaway!!!

My husband and I came down for a getaway for a few days. Justine was great with communication before and during the trip. We decided to arrive a day early and Justine made the process so simple!!! Michael in Security was also very kind. The condo was exactly as pictured and so comfortable. We are already planning our next trip!!

Not exactly what we thought our Orange Beach condo would be.

First of all the location of the condo is good. I typically do not have much bad to say because afterall I am at the beach, but there are some issues I cannot overlook. The entry code to the condo was ridiculous with 7 numbers and a character. We walked in and could immediately feel sand in the floor. I know we are at the beach, but there should be cleaning done between rentals afterall we pay for that fee, and I should not have to sweep up a dustpan of sand to get into the condo. The jetted tub was very dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The balcony had mold that had not been wiped down. The Keurig either makes a half of cup or runs over, again it needs to be cleaned or replaced. On the instructions it asks that you take the trash out prior to leaving, but only one trash bag was provided (the one in the trash can). I will buy what I need while on vacation, but I draw the line at trash bags. The first full day we were there I missed a call from the realtor. I called her back and she said a person was coming to work on the AC unit. He never showed, so I called the realtor. She said he would wait until Monday, but I explained that the temp inside the condo was 78 and would not go down even though the thermostat was set at 70. The maintenance man did show and it did get cooler. The indoor pool and hot tub was unusable due to the high chlorine smell. I will be back to Orange Beach, but I will do better research next time!
