We enjoyed our stay at Seawind but the only complaint that we as a family had was the elevator situation and check in time being same for everyone. Check-in’s need to be random times so not everyone who is checking in at 4:00 is waiting on two elevators. It’s not hard to do. Hotels do it all the time and if you need help proposing a plan give me a call, I can help. I will not recommend to anyone because of this issue.

Thank you for staying at Seawind 1401 and for the 4‑star review. I’m sorry the elevator wait and synchronized 4:00 check‑ins impacted your stay — that’s frustrating, and I understand why it would be a dealbreaker for you. I’ll share your feedback with the property and building management so they can evaluate solutions (staggered check‑in windows, better arrival coordination, signage/queueing, etc.). We appreciate your offer to help and will pass that along to the team as well. Thank you for the honest feedback, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back.

Pros: It was clean and easy to get checked in. The view, access to the beach, and location was great.Cons: There are only 2 elevators for 20 floors of condos, so we had to wait a while every time we chose to go anywhere, sometimes multiple times, for an elevator with room to get in. The "bunk room" on the listing is a glorified closet. It was just large enough to put 2 bunks against the wall and have space to walk around the other two sides. We tried the pull out sofa, but it was so thin and uncomfortable. All of the "comforters" on the beds were as thin as a paper towel. The angles of the pictures for the pools make them seem much larger than they are. We also had an issue with our door code not working. The battery seemed to be dying. We called one evening. They said they would send someone over first thing in the morning. That did not happen, and we ended up locked out of the room later in the day. They did send someone over within an hour of calling again to correct the issue. Overall, our stay was ok, but I would not book again.

Thank you for staying at Seawind 1401 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad the unit was clean, check‑in was easy, and you enjoyed the view, beach access, and location. I’m sorry about the long elevator waits — two elevators for 20 floors can get busy, and we’ve passed that feedback along to the condo association. I apologize the bunk room, pull‑out sofa, and thin comforters didn’t meet expectations; we’ve alerted housekeeping and maintenance to inspect the sofa mattress and bedding and to review the room description and photos for clarity. I’m also sorry for the door code/battery issue and the missed morning visit — we’ve shared this with our team so our follow‑up process is improved. Thank you for the detailed feedback; it helps us make needed improvements, and we hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

Great Location

Overall the condo was nice. It is however on the end and is curved away from the beach. The view off the balcony is very limited to the right. A full length mirror would have been nice. Easy check in and out. It is in a great location.

Quality Stay

Overall, the unit met all of our expectations. Good location, easy walk to the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants. Room had a good amount of dog hair on the floor upon our arrival. The bedrooms did not have the hair and the place was quite clean besides that. I’d definitely book again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Back to school relaxation

The property was as advertised and very nice! Clean and well maintained with great appliances and amenities. One minor thing it needs is a Keurig coffee maker. Brought our pods and had to go buy coffee and filters. Management checked on us daily through text to make sure we were good. The splash pad for the kids was huge and access to the beach was great! We will definitely stay again!

Check in and out was beyond awful

We got to the property at 3pm for a 3pm checkin. I called the number given to me at 310 asking when the room would be ready, they let me know that it needed to be inspected. Finally the inspector came but their door code didn’t work. My door code didn’t work. We finally got a code at 450. Almost 2 hours after we arrived. No one apologized to us for the inconvenience, they seemed frustrated that I was asking when we would be able to go inside, since we had perishables. The mattress should be replaced in the master bedroom, there was a sinking feeling the whole time, the floors were covered in sand and the shower needs to be repaired. Throughout our stay BOTH elevators broke multiple times, people were stranded on them constantly. One was completely broken the whole time. Finally when we were trying to leave, it took us over 2 hours to get down the elevator. I went and talked to the guard about being stuck on the 9th floor and he said we just had to wait for the elevator to reset itself, which it never did. Finally my boyfriend figured out that the door needed to be pushed closed from the outside. Very frustrating all around. I wouldn’t stay here if there is a big event going on.
