Condo was spacious. Microwave doesn't work and there was sand all over the floor when we arrived.We did get locked out of our condo due to battery going dead. Had to call rental company amd wait to send someone out to replace battery for the door code to work. Beach view and location was great.

The room was nice & spacious. No concerns there. The facility itself needs more grilling space. The walls of the condo are very thin...for 2 days & nights continously the room above us was moving furniture, stomping and hitting metal rails. Maybe it was construction but it was a little much when we're trying to sleep. Be aware there are only 2 elevators for 20 floors. Checking in and out will be a long wait.

Great Location

Condo was everything is was advertised to be. Great location and easy walking distance to a lot of the fun hangouts and restaurants. Great for families of all ages.

Floor was dirty when we arrived. Neighbors smoked the whole time we were there and had a dog that barked all the time . Door code didn’t work. We stood outside from 4:10-4:40 trying to get in. I was on hold with liquid life for 15 minutes trying to get a door code that would work. The building only had two elevators and they were constantly over occupied. One elevator broke down on our last day.

Great getaway

Condo was in great condition and easy to access beach. Only complaint is the parking deck should be labeled before entering that it is a dead end at the top with no turn around access.

Overall stay

Relaxing time although the trim at the bottom of the entrance door needs fixing, it’s coming loose and up in some places so bad that you can see a lot of daylight under it and you have to make sure to really shut the door hard otherwise it doesn’t stay shut. We woke up our first morning there and the door was slightly open. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy access in/out great nearby restaurants/shopping timing was bad went during jellyfish season without knowing overall great stay! Living room rug needs to be replaced constantly kept tripping over rolled up corners.

Disappointed

We booked because of the indoor pool and hot tub incase of cooler weather. 3 days after booking, we were told that the pools and hot tub were closed. Tried to get our money back but was told that was not possible. Should have been in the ad.

Living-dining area is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Inside the condo was clean but the balcony furniture was filthy. We used to live in Florida so I know that the sea air is rough on outdoor furniture but it was obvious this furniture hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

Great condo - horrible parking

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very nice with great amenities. Parking on the other hand is HORRIBLE! if you leave after 4PM, do not expect to find a parking spot when you return. We were also directed to park on a curb due to no parking and we were told no one would bother us, the next morning I had a note on my car that stated my tag number was recorded for logging purposes.

No followup on reported issues

Condo was okay - except for 2 issues. There were no curtains in the Master bedroom. Zero. Sun pouring in the windows. And the tv in the 2nd bedroom did not work. Both issues were reported on the 2nd day of the stay. Nothing happened. On the 3rd day, we reported it again. A maintenance worker stopped by but did nothing. He said he would be back and never came. We had to hang towels on the windows. The issues would have been okay had the property managers followed up and fixed these simple items - but they didn't. And we never heard from them again.

Hi John, Thank you for your review. We take feedback very serious and are always looking for ways to improve. We apologize that we did not commutate all the moving pieces of the issues you reported. We had to get approval for replacement curtains, and then we had to order them. We apologize that this did not get done while you are here, but we manage the property for an owner and that type of thing needs to be approved by them. We apologize for issues with a TV, we do not see where that was reported.
