It sounds like the HOA may have been working through a few kinks with the pool and splash pad system during your visit. While those amenity repairs are handled by the Association, we understand how off-and-on closures can be inconvenient during a vacation. We also appreciate your notes regarding the condo furnishings and decor. Each condo is personally owned and decorated according to the owner’s preferences, so style and updates can vary from property to property. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with the owner for their consideration. Regarding condiments such as salt, pepper, and sugar, those items are not left in the condo for guest safety and cleanliness reasons.
