Cette unité lumineuse est située près de la zone Coligny Plaza. Garez votre véhicule dans le parking privé et à pied de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une visite mémorable. Shopping, coiffeurs, stylistes, des restaurants et des épiceries sont juste à droite de cette copropriété calme. Louer un vélo est un excellent moyen de voir l'île tout en pédalant sur les nombreux miles de chemins pavés.

Vous avez une vue sur la piscine privée du côté du jardin. S'il vous plaît apporter vos propres serviettes de plage! Il y a une balançoire situé près de la lagune à l'arrière de la propriété où vous pouvez regarder la faune indigène. Venez à l'île et laissez vos soucis derrière!

This condo had a great location to shopping, food, and a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had all accommodation needed to make meals if you wanted. Overall great place to stay. Its perfect for 2. We would stay again next time.

White glove condo close to everything with nice pool

We enjoyed our stay in this exceptionally clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a nice shower/towels and comfortable bed. The condo is conveniently located a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Lynn was great to work with!

Great location

This small condo is perfect for 2 people. Everything you need is within walking distance. Sure it could use some updating like many of the HHI condos but overall, the location makes up for the age of the unit.

Best location on Hilton Head Island

The best thing about this condo is the location. There are coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, bike rentals, and the beach within a few blocks. We traveled all over the island and would pick this area again for our next visit. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has all the basic things you need. The deck has a nice garden view. From the bench swing in the back we saw an aligator and about 15 turtles. The pool was quiet while we were there.

Quaint and all you need!!!

Our stay at Lynn's property was just what we needed!! An easy walk to most everywhere we needed to go. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet for the most part. Lynn was a pleasant lady to work with. Laundry facility is close by as well. Thank you, Lynn!

This is a very peaceful neighborhood. Everything is convenient, restaurants, shopping, groceries ect. & within a short walk. This condo has always been very clean and well equipped with most everything. I always enjoy the personal phone call from the owner making sure that you have received all necessary info for check-in to make everything stress free !

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We loved being across from coligny, a short walk from the beach (added bonus the complex had a sand shower), sitting on the private patio, and taking a last minute dip in the pool! Walking in to the unit exceeded our expectations from the listing photos as well. Unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Lynn couldn’t have been a better host. She was incredibly easy to contact, very responsive, and was prompt, generous, and extremely helpful when we had an issue during our stay. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again.
