PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Smoking inside the property and in the pool area is strictly prohibited. The designated smoking area is the garden. If anyone in your group smokes, please make sure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of in the trash bins.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
