Kamaole Sands #9-205 is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with split system air conditioning. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 flat-screen televisions, and wireless Internet. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, A/C, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request, and A/C. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room along with a flat-screen TV, and A/C. For outdoor adventuring, Kamaole Sands #9-205 includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, snorkel gear, and sand toys.
Same-day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei, located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach, and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym/workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition, there is a large family-style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, a Spinshot tennis ball machine, and a weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security-patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis. Wi-Fi is available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Very Nice place to stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, the kitchen had adequate cutlery, plates and cups. Fridge was nice and clean. The condo was up to date on everything!! The beds were comfy and clean! The pull out couch could have been better but it is a pull out after all. The customer service from Rentals Maui is the hands down the best I've ever had!! They took care of everything that we needed and some miss haps as well!! Overall my family had an awesome time staying at this location and will hopefully on our next visit our to Maui we would be able to get this location again!!

Great location in Kihei
We had a 9 night stay here in August 2022. This was our 4th time in Maui and 2nd time staying in Kihei (we stayed in Kaanapali the other 2 times). Pros: - The location is perfect as it’s directly across from the beach and within walking distance to dining and shops. - The unit is brightly decorated and spacious for our family of 5. - The beds were comfortable. - Living area has a huge tv with Netflix - The unit is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs (but no boogie boards) and most things you’ll need in the kitchen if you want to cook any of your meals. - The washer/dryer is also a huge plus. - Pool and bbqs which we used to cook steak and burgers one evening. - The mgmt company was responsive to my emails about the safe which was not usable during our stay and when someone had parked in our assigned parking spot after we returned from a long day. Cons: - We did encounter some tiny ants in the kitchen even though we knew not to leave any food out but I understand this is apparently common (my sister who was in another unit also had some too). - The window beside the front door does not have any frosting or window covering so people walking by at night can see into the unit. There are also 2 roller blinds in each of the bedrooms and when they are rolled down, there is still a 2 inch gap between them which privacy-wise isn’t ideal. We just taped up some paper towels and problem was solved. We would stay at Kamaole Sands again. Kihei is a convenient location.

Wonderful apartment
This apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4, children ages 5 and 7. Upon entry the apartment was clean, nicely furnished and temperature set just right. There were cleaning supplies to keep the unit tidy during our stay, and enough dishwasher and laundry detergent for our 10 days stay. These little details made the stay that much more pleasant.

Fantastic unit
Had a fantastic stay. Unit was bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants. Pool is beautiful. Would stay there again
