Step out back and you'll find the real heart of Kennedy Kabin: a fully fenced yard built for all-day play. Cornhole boards, a horseshoes pit, a basketball hoop, giant Jenga, and a hook-and-ring game are already set up and ready to go...no worrying about anyone (or the dog) wandering off. When the sun starts to dip, the fire pit takes over: gather the whole crew around for s'mores and stories under the pines.

Just steps away is the property's real showstopper... a large detached game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, a Pac-Man game, and a 63-inch smart TV streaming Netflix. It's the kind of space where the adults' game night and the kids' hangout can happen at the same time without anyone getting in each other's way.

Inside the cabin, a wood-burning stove anchors a cozy living room the spot for quiet mornings with coffee, or winding down together after a day in the snow.
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, so whoever needs a little extra privacy gets it. The second bedroom offers another queen bed. The third is built for kids: a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle, four twin mattresses total, tucked away as its own little kid zone. Need one more spot to crash? The living room's oversized corduroy bean bag unfolds into a full-size floor mattress.

Two full bathrooms, each with a shower and tub, keep morning routines moving even with a full house, fresh towels and essentials are provided in both.

The kitchen is set up for real family cooking, not just reheating: a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a Keurig for the early risers. Whether it's pancakes before a snow day or a big group dinner after a day at the lake, there's room to cook for everyone.
Little ones are covered too, a pack 'n play and baby monitor are on hand, and an in-unit washer and dryer means nobody has to pack for a week just because you're staying a few days.
